- We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy for customers participating in our annual 6 application lawn fertilization and weed control program. If results are less that expected, call our customer service within 30 days and we will return to the property review the concern, provide homeowner consultation for cultural problems such as improper mowing or watering or other helpful tips. If the treatment was found to be ineffective, we will retreat the areas of concern at no charge. Some services such as lawn fungus control and grub problems that occur based upon seasonal, weather or conditions are treated on an "as needed basis" and are not part of our standard annual treatment program. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we will work on the problem until satisfactory results are obtained. In the rare case we cannot correct the treatment problem; we will refund the price of the treatment. We provide our 100% full satisfaction guarantee to our customers that subscribe to and maintain a continuous annual 6 treatment program.
