  What other word can i use besides she uses PREDATORY tactics. ****** takes advantage of people who are not in the right state of mind and are not financially stable. She convinces you that there is nobody else to help you and she is the only option. This is so true as my mother had been contacted by ****** herself. She told my mother just that. She had made deals with my mother about payments. Accepted those payment for up to 6 month of advancement. Then, when my mother tried to pay her an April payment in march ****** had declined to receive it. How ****** up can you be. she then proceeded so say she sold the house to *******, knowing **** well she did all this on purpose because it was too good of a deal for her. She knew the payoff was 20k (that's right 20k) then sold it for 265k. How EVIL is she.... Then she brought **** ******** pretending to be the locksmith, whom is actually her boyfriend or whatever you want to call him, and tried to bully my mother out of her house. That's when i showed up, knowing nothing that was going on. She has video or so she said she was recording, so please ask her to share, as she told me she is a good person then proceeded to say that at the end of the day its just business. We have asked multiple times for the contract and she refuses to give it to us (a little shady if you ask me). She PREYS on people that are in bad positions. She is the epitome of EVIL, and there is a special place in h*** for her. I just hope people will see this review and think twice about dealing with her. Because at the end of the day she is a BAD person and only look to take advantage of a situation by pretending to be like you, pretending to have things in common with you, and pretending to be your friend. She is manipulative. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!
