I’d give them 0 stars if possible. I ordered 2 double rolls of wall designer wallpaper. I first received the wrong color because the color didn’t match what was online. They made me get approval to return the wallpaper from Lee J*** the manufacturer. They made me get approval to send the wrong paper back like it was my fault they sent the wrong paper! When I had to sent it back, I had to pay a restocking fee for the return and then reorder the paper. They changed the picture online after my return to match what they were selling! Next I received two rolls which were not even 2 single rolls of wallpaper. It less than half of what I paid for. I only used one roll because I decided to do half a wall instead of a whole wall. At that point I asked if I could return the second Single unopened roll. When they received it back they said it had been cut and taped closed with the label. I told them that’s exactly how it came and they refuse to refund me for that roll. I’m out $150 still and they keep accusing me of cutting the roll and taping it. They are HORRIBLE! Worst online experience I’ve Ever had!! Don’t buy anything from here! You don’t know what you’ll get and if you return it or don’t get what you paid for them they’ll lie about what you got and what you returned. Run away fast from this business!
