    What an incredible product! I'm a welding instructor and I can appreciate the workmanship and quality that's built into this device. This mailbox is a work of art and they have incredible integrity. I've been a victim of mail theft recently and I can sleep at night knowing that MailCase has my back. We've shopped at the box stores and bought their best brands. The added expense and incredible two day shipping makes it worth every *****. I know that if a theif gets into it now they are serious about what they do because this box will be in their living room for a week before they break into it. LOL! I truly believe that if my mailbox is breached I'll be in the MailCase lab helping to improve on an already superior product. Trust me when I tell you as a fabrication and welding professional that your mail is safe with MailCase. 5 out of 5 without a doubt!

    We installed our Mailcase as part of our new construction, 10/22, and are very happy with it. However, one of the marks of a truly good company is how they respond when something goes wrong. In our case, the lock malfunctioned preventing the door from closing. When we called, we got a human ******* we learned the lock had been redesigned several years ago and our new version had a near zero failure rate but without delay, a new door (since that's the only quick fix) was *****'d and arrived quickly. It took me longer to find the right socket for the door fasteners than it did to remove/install the doors. As requested, we sent the broken door, via their return ****** for failure analysis. If there's one improvement I'd like with the box it would be an internal lanyard that would keep the door from falling 180 open; that said, it's a great box with superb (and all to rare nowadays) service back-up. That's five stars in my book!

    Thank you for your detailed review! I'm glad you were able to get the replacement door installed quickly. We work hard to provide top-shelf customer service and when we get a review like this it lets us know we are on the right track. Also thank you for your suggestion for the improvement, that is an excellent idea. We've made several improvements over the years as the result of customer suggestions so we greatly appreciate it when customers take the time to suggest improvements.
