    **** called me within minutes of putting in my request on the BBB website and was able to book me within two days. He communicated very well, showed me his liability insurance certificate upon request, showed me before and after pictures of the gutters, including the seals that he said looked good and the ones he repaired. He identified a structural error and repaired it. He was professional, pleasant, cleaned up after his work. He wore special roofing shoes when on the roof. His price was reasonable to me. He also said if we notice any leaks have persisted to let him know and he'll come back to fix them at no charge. I have a house that is two stories in front and three stories in back, so safety, insurance and quality at a good price matter a lot. **** delivered on all of these. I will definitely have him come back in the future.
