    i place order then realized it was wrong. Attempted to cancel within 5 minutes. I could not cancel because their system would not allow me to. I reorder the correct parts. I received an email with a return paid shipping label for *****. I returned wrong parts over two weeks ago but have not received credit back to my account yet. ******* order had good OEM parts.

    We needed a new starter solenoid for my neighbor's tractor and eReplacement Parts had the item in stock (at a reasonable price) and it was received within days of the order. Their lawn tractor starts every time, now.

    It was a huge hassle to do a return for the part they sent me not being the 1 I needed. Took at least 4 emails and then a phone call bc they were trying to charge me for the return shipping. ******** will not do business with this company again.
