    - Communication was good - Product selection was AWESOME!!!- Prices were very good - The "Shipping and handling" prices were excessive. I paid $11.00+ for light weight items that could have been put in a regular envelope. I think that the shipping and handling prices were based soley on the cost of the items. A little disappointing.

    The wrong part number was given to me by *********** They sent me a link to ereplacementparts.com. I ordered the part and it was totally wrong. Your customer ********************** person could not find the part I needed (a brew basket for a 5-cup coffee maker) and explained they could not refund the $11.99 shipping fee, and if I wanted to return the part ($5.95) I would have to pay the return shipping. I spent $19.00 and still don't have the right basket. I have not heard back from ********** regarding my complaint.

    When I exhausted myself trying to find the correct air filter for a ****** leaf blower I was restoring I had given up. Then I remembered replacement parts.     All I can say is I'm a very happy camper. Here In ****** Amazon and ******* are Kings with their free shipping. This Cub Cadet mower deck I ordered could not be found on either website. I placed an order on a website which I had to cancel because the shipping cost to ****** ended up being more costly than the mower deck itself. A few days later I found and ordered the same mower deck from ereplacementparts.com. Shipping cost was a fraction of my first order, and it arrived 4 days later. Awesome!! Shipped to ******. I will defiantly use ereplacementparts.com again.
