      Do not hire these guys! I contracted outsource recovery to recover assets. They made a lot of promises that they could recover the assets and would keep me updated. I am concerned as I paid the upfront fee and then was never contacted with any follow up report. After ***************************************************************** nothing. Now they say I can purchase the contract back from them if I want to follow up on it and do the work myself that I hired them to do. What a joke. Do not hire these guys as they are not what they appear. Very frustrating. It better to follow up with the courts yourself.

      I wanted to follow up in regards to this  complaint. We have spent several hours working this account and have done everything in our power to collect this account for our client and get it resolved. We have gave **** updates on this and every time he is never satisfied. If people would understand that just because you sent someone to collections dosnt mean your going to get paid. We do collect a lot of accounts but sometimes for different reasons we are unable to ever collect on an account. I wish we had better results for **** but in this case there wasn't much else we could do. We offered to cancel the account and charge a very small fee compared to our cancellation clause we have in our contracts with our clients. I was very disappointed in the way he spoke to us and I decided to go ahead and cancel account back to him so he can try to collect it else where. It's sad that he would come here to the BBB and file a complaint against us when we did nothing wrong. We try to stay away from people out there that don't value or respect our service. Luckily most of our clients are great and over the last 20 years of being in business i've only had to deal with a couple people like **** .

      I am rejecting this response because of threatening texts sent to me and unprofessional name calling in these texts. 


      Be careful with this company. These guys did not do their job they were hired for and when I asked why they had not followed up on their commissioned collection after ***************************** for their inaction. They canceled the contract on their own volition and now after guaranteeing cancellation on their end they want to uncancel it to give me problems collecting on my own. Now because I gave them a bad review for not doing their work they are sending me threatening texts and are calling me names. How unprofessional! As the customer, I do not appreciate being threatened.

      We have done nothing wrong and **** is just upset because we have not been able to collect on his account. We have explained to him what we have done and why we haven't been able yet to collect. **** has been extremely rude to us. This man has made complaints against us but for what?  Now he's making up false statements and is trying to hurt our company. We have done nothing but try to colllevt on his behalf. I've never had a client act out like this in over 20 years of being in business. **** is out of control and this needs to end before I have to file a restraining order against him to stop harassing us.

      We are still wondering what this gentleman wants from us? We have not been able to collect on his account after many hours we have put in. We will continue to rework his collection account for the next 5 years. If we 

      have any new developments on his case, we will notify him. It's unfortunate that he felt he had to make bad reviews about our company when we didn't do ANYTHING wrong. I hope he treats the next business he hires to 

      collect for him better and more respectful. Next time I think he shouldn't make any false statements, and give a business a bad review unless he wants  end up in litigation due to business defamation that would be 

      liable for monetary damages. We are taking this as a very serious matter. I'm really hoping that we can move forward and put this behind us. If We get any more bad reviews or negative feedback we will be forced to hire 

      an attorney and take legal action to protect our reputation that could severely lead to long term reduced profits and long term damage.
