    Just wanted to leave a review on my experience with Jackit Suspension. When I first ordered the leveling kit I was told that everything was on backorder and they probably would not be getting any shipments in for 4 to 6 weeks. Since I was in store I left a $500 deposit so I would be guaranteed a kit when it came in. Kit came in, had them do the install and decided since the kit involved ball joints I set up for them to do the lower ball joints also. REMOVEDcalled me the next day and was told that his installer told him my lowers were in good shape and I didn't need new ones unless I still wanted them installed. They could had gone ahead and installed them, but they took the time to let me know and let me make the decision whether to install or not. You want an honest business that looks out for you, Jackit is one of them. Just wanted to leave my experience. And NO I do not work for Jackit. Just a fanboy now because of the service and good communications I had with them.

    Horrible Horrible customer service!! Ordered my kit online. Shortly after ordering I get an email stating they don't have all the parts in stock. How can this be as it's a Kit. But whatever. . . . No confirmation email. I come home to a REMOVEDnote on my door. I scan the REMOVEDsays "We have no info on this shipment. Contact the shipper" Call REMOVED& they tell me the tracking number I have is invalid. & They have No info on my shipment. So I call this morning 2/5/25 Spoke with REMOVED(Total REMOVED) REMOVED informs me that my order is infact on its way back to them and if I want it it'll cost me another $228 to reship. For WHAT? another invalid tracking number? No thanks. . . . . Just return it. Oh, that'll cost you (me) $228 for return shipping. I DIDN'T RETURN IT!!!!!! SREMOVEDdeal. Stay away!!!

REMOVEDattempted delivery three times (1/31, 2/1, and 2/3) and left notices each time, but unfortunately, unclaimed packages are automatically returned to REMOVEDWe completely understand that missed deliveries can be frustrating.     Placed an order for a complete REMOVEDit Premium" lift kit. The kit was an assortment of parts from different manufacturers to make a complete "premium" kit. It was listed on sale and I purchased it for $1453, and used a discount code that was texted to me for 5% off making the total $1380 and change. Purchased on a Sunday. Wednesday rolls around and as I am expecting a shipment confirmation email, I get an email from the sales manager. Below is the content of the email:REMOVED,Unfortunately, we had an error on our website for pricing on this kit, you can see the correct price here. REMOVEDWe cannot honor the $1380.82 price it was sold at. I can offer you an additional $300 off for the error.Let me know if you would like to proceed with the order at this time. REMOVEDSales Manager I obviously protested because this is both improper business practice and deceitful, I even got a refund. I did so only because they had both my money and the product, so I was basically stuck with no recourse. Beware when buying, apparently they can decide to change prices on you after a purchase is made in what I view as a scam to obtain additional payments for an already purchased product.

Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming demand, we sold several of these kits over the weekend, and by the time we processed REMOVEDorder, we discovered that we had run out of some of the specific items required to complete the original kit.2.Substitution and Discount Offer: As we were unable to fulfill the original Premium REMOVEDit Kit, we took the necessary steps to replace it with an upgraded version that contained a different spring configuration and other items that the first generation kit did not REMOVEDlude. We understand that this substitution might not have been ideal for REMOVED, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered him a $300 discount towards the new kit as compensation for any REMOVEDonvenience caused.3.Pricing Discrepancy: The pricing issue that REMOVEDmentioned in his review was indeed an error on our website. While we deeply regret any confusion this may have caused, we promptly notified REMOVEDabout the inventory issue and provided him with the correct pricing information. We acknowledge that the $1380.82 price was advertised and purchased in good faith, but due to the kit not being avalible, we could not honor that specific amount.4.Credit Card Transaction: Regarding the payment concern raised by REMOVED, we want to clarify that we never captured or processed the credit card funds. A temporary authorization for the charge was placed on REMOVEDcredit card by his bank, but we voided it immediately, resulting in no actual charge or funds being captured. Therefore, there was no refund necessary, as the transaction was never completed on our end.We sREMOVEDerely apologize for any frustration or disappointment you experienced during this process.
