    "Worst property management, dont rent from Wasatch Property , Biggest Nightmare , I had an appt to inspect apt , property manager canceled , made another appt day before move in , I had to pay rent , took my cashier check , then proceeded to tell me apt was not available today , re - cleaning carpet .
