Between 2017 and 2019, Respondent misappropriated funds paid by numerous pre-need clients, failed to maintain client funds in a trust account, and failed to maintain adequate client records.
Respondent desires to surrender Respondent’s license to practice as a funeral service establishment in the State of Utah along with all residual rights pertaining to said license.
