    Total rip off. Product is overpriced and sketchy selling practices used

    I have been a "Kyani" vitamin supplement customer for several years with a monthly purchase of the "Triangle of Health" package. For the last couple of years I had been paying paying $125 per month for the Triangle of Health vitamin supplement package. As of March 2022, ***** raised their price by $20 per month which I thought was excessive. ***** has never charged for shipping since I had been a member but as of January 2023 they began to charge $11.99 for shipping plus an additional $0.93 "shipping tax" on the shipping! I have never heard of charging a tax on the shipping fee! So, a total of $12.92 had been tacked on to my monthly bill bringing the total purchase, including $11.31 "sales tax", to $170.18. That is a long way from the $135.71 total that I was being charged 10 months ago.***** has now been purchased by a company named Amare Global. I know nothing about this company but, I will be looking for more affordable vitamin supplement options like ***** used to be!

    I agree with **** and ************! Please research because once you are committed, it is difficult to get out, and you will lose money.

    I love the products. I started the Happy Juice and Kids Mood for my ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, IBS and Heartburn. It has made a big difference because I am down on my medications. I would highly recommend them. And if you are not happy you can get your money back and you can cancel your orders by going online on your profile and cancel at any time. But you will be happy with their products. I also take the Happy Hormone pack for a natural product for menopause.

    I absolutely love their products and how they make me feel. I have never missed a month in almost 3 years. **************** is top notch and if I want to skip a month I can. It is easy to cancel if you need to for any reason.

    If you cancel an order they make it hard to get a hold of them, once you do they claimed it was processed which it wasnt. Even if they issue you a ticket for the cancellation they send it anyway. Then upon cancelling the second order with customer service they went ahead and processed it again now Im stuck with dbl inventory and all shipping costs. This company has horrible customer service and they dont offer a cancel option after making an order. Youll have to call in and even if they tell you it will be cancelled they dont. Seems like a money making scheme. You can buy same product elsewhere for same quality and better pricing. **** never support this company and hope others go elsewhere.

    DO NOT sign up for subscription services with this company. I canceled numerous times and they still charged my credit card. When I blocked them, they charged my husband's cc and his card had NEVER been on file with them. *********** said **** must have given them my husband's info. *********** is looking into this. Total fraud and scam. Don't fall for it. I would give them a negative "star" if possible. Terrible company and nonexistent "customer service".
