    My neighbor hired Savatree who came out and heavily sprayed their trees from a large hose. The problem was/is that it was windy and I was out in my yard with my pets. I felt a shower of moisture fall on my hair and body. It was enough to leave wet marks on my shirt and my shoes. How reckless is this! My skin started to itch so I called the company who told me I should wash my hair and clothes. Excuse me?! Your technicians should be much more careful with toxic chemicals.

    After speaking with ****, I informed her that I would contact the technician and follow up accordingly. I returned her call but reached her voicemail. I conveyed that the products are non-toxic but may potentially cause skin irritation, and I advised her to shower and change clothes as a precaution. Our technician was unaware that he had come into contact with someone and has apologized for the oversight.Our technicians utilize these products regularly, and they are safe for use. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your interaction with our company.

    Came out and did minimal work. Cut limbs that were low and small in diameter. Not sure if a ladder was used because they never went that high. Asked them about that and they sited an arborist's code that limited what they could do. My purpose in having them come was to but the big limbs back so the snow wouldn't break the branches. which they didn't do so i lost limbs when the first snow fell. Totally disappointed and pushed pack on the bill because they seriously did very little work. They gave me a small discount off the price and threatened to send me to collections.hang on to your wallet! My experience as a total waste of money. I will have to find someone to come and do the job right.
