    ~ Poor maintenance turn around time for tenant (all my three requests took weeks, multiple visits, even over months to resolve
    ~ Keys dropped off at a UPS store, they claim they never received them, another $500 from deposit
    ~ Cleaned place better than move-in still charged another $500 for cleaning
    ~ Painted closet door that was bad already when moved in, another $500 from the deposit
    ~ Didn't pay the remaining $100 deposit refund after 30 days even I provided refund info the day after moving out.

    I have been paying rent for a property through this leasing agency for the past year. There have been many issues with this company. This includes a lack of Ethernet access (even though I pay for internet access) due to using a single internet company for three different units and only having a modem in one of the three units. Additionally, the rental property was deemed illegal by the city as it did not have proper fire exits, utility separation, electrical breaker separation, HVAC separation, etc. Once this was deemed, the rental company completely went AWOL, not responding to messages sent by myself and other renters in the building. The first contact we had was on the day they shut off our internet service, telling us we had to move out by the end of the month (in 29 days) and our lease would not be renewed.

    we're are renting from this company and we haven't had A/C all Summer, the company trying to repair the A/C asked *** to change the entire unit and they went against it, they are changing part by part without making it work. they first time they changed the Evaporator Coil and it worked for a week then the blower went out, they changed that a month or so later then they said another part went out, and we're still waiting on that, with temperatures over 100 degrees this place feel like an oven, and when i call the leasing office they don't care they refer me to maintenance and when i they say they'll call me back and never do.

    We are doing everything in our power to get this situation resolved.  Unfortunately, the part that we waiting on won't be available for another week.  We have no control over this, as soon as the part comes in we will schedule someone to go over and replaced it.  It is the blower motor that has gone out, and this does not warrant replacement of the entire unit.  We are truly sorry that the tenant is suffering due to the heat, however as stated we are doing everything we can to get the situation resolved.

    I applied for a condo on 10/7/22 this company had listed as of 9/21/22. I was told the unit was available and to submit an application which I had to pay for and I would have an answer in 1-2 days. As of 10/11/22 the company was still asking for me to sign documents and I never received any other sort of communication to tell me weather or not I was approved so finally I reached out only to find out the unit was no longer available. I've looked around and there are a lot of other people with the same complaint. They leave listings up to collect application fees

    In review of *************** application I have found that he applied for the property on Friday the 7th of October. At the time of his application, we did not have any finalized or approved applications for the property so requested he get his documents filled out in full so we could process and approve asap. Unfortunately, there was a delay in receiving the complete documents from *********** and in that time another applicant was able to submit all of their required docs and were approved late afternoon on October 11th. Had *********** completed his application without delay he would have been reviewed and approved (if all requirements were met). I have attempted to contact *********** multiple times to discuss a resolution but have not been successful
