            Parker brown was hired to manage our HOA. they do not follow the rules of the HOA bylaws, we are not informed about board meeting as per the bylaws, they held a voting openly which is against the bylaws. When we request things be put on the agenda for the owners meeting they never address our issues or include them on said agendas. Work was done 4 years ago that was approved by the owners. There arose unforeseen problems where we we were required to bring the building up to current code and that caused cost overruns. The Board and owners agreed to pay in a meeting a year later (June 2020) but we have not received the money as agreed. Now the HOA board and Parker Brown will not respond to any emails or calls. Also the grounds around the complex have not been cared for for almost a year. It looks bad and uninviting.

            Agent here, I have been trying to get a hold of HOA documents for two different listings that fall under this company, and I have not received any form of response since February... It is now mid-April. No voicemail response, no email response, no website response. I went in person today and the doors are locked with a sign saying 'by approved pre-scheduled appointment Only'... But will NOT answer phones or emails to schedule anything! This is a joke
