      This property management company demonstrates a lack of organization and ineffective communication, which has led to a frustrating experience. My interactions with ******** ***** have been particularly challenging, as her approach often feels confrontational rather than constructive.

      To start our key card has been blocked since they upgraded computers and they constantly refuse to activate it or replace it.I have had so many issues with them from our key card that has been blocked most of the time they have taken over our HOA in ************** in *****. This is just the latest issues, We had signed up for monthly auto pay as per their letter and the website allowed. We soon discovered that they blocked our card and said it was because we were late even thought payments are autopaid and always ontime. They said that unless we paid quarterly or annually that they wouldn't unlock our key card. So I switched the quarterly again on auto-pay, they now draft ****** every three months but I just noticed they charged a late fee of another $25 to add to the collection from when it was paid monthly they apparently just add fees and when you complain they just keep saying it's your fault their systems don't work and they keep changing the rules.Worst service in the 30 years in this sub-division, they never respond and always blame issues on the customers paying their bills!!

      **************************** we have ever used. You cannot reach anyone who has an ability to assist. Management defers to Board members...Board defers to management. It's completely inept. While serving a mission in ************ we attempted to resolve a problem that should have easily been addressed and taken care of but they turned it into a big production, assessing late fees over a $15.00 balance that was incurred because they raised their rates $5.00 a quarter AFTER we departed and AFTER we paid them the full yearly amount prior to our departure. We could not access our account from S.A. because of VPN on our server so we kept getting standard responses instructing us to sign in and address online (which we could not do). We could not even pay online. They would not allow anyone to step in for us, claiming confidentiality infraction. Absolute worse management service--and we have lived all over the country; 12 homes from east coast to west coast and never have we dealt with such poor service.

      If I could leave a no star I would. I got hired on Friday and started today at 7:55am. I thought everything was going okay I was watching her do what I would be doing and taking notes. When I was on my lunch she asked me if I was ok and I said yes I was ok that Im just taking all the important in so I can do the job right. I went into her office and she told me that I wasnt a good fit that I wasnt as cheerful as I was in the interview and that she had to let me go. She didnt even give me a chance to work and prove myself. Dont work here they want you to be a robot and be programmed to be happy and smile all the time. The world and people arent always perfect sorry.

      This HOA is horrible, they do not take phone calls only online action items. I need to speak to a live person, you are hired by ** although will not take our phone calls.
