If you have received a letter from the company that includes a check and instructions to send money to another recipient via wire transfer we urge you to contact the company directly to verify whether or not they actually sent you the letter.

Consumers allege that when they try to redeem points/cash owed they are told that their account is “frozen due to data concerns” or they are deleted all together.  This appears to happen when cash balance is around $10.  BBB brought these concerns to the attention of the business but has not yet received a response.
