    I ordered one clothing item from Jane last summer and wine bottle covers for gifts in October. In both cases I was not happy with the quality of the products. In the case of the gifts, absolutely unacceptable. I went through the procedure in both instances exactly as specified. I had to pay for shipping both times.

    As of today, I have not received any refunds. When I tried contacting Jane, I got a message that the Jane site was not available. Finally I googled to see what was happening with Jane. Per Google, the company filed bankruptcy and is no longer operating.

    What is my recourse? I am out over $100 plus shipping through no fault of my own. Please tell me there is something I can do to recover my money.

    I ordered two items from Jane that I was charged for, and never received. They were for Christmas gifts for my kids. Two handheld nostalgic games.

    I placed an order in late October, early November and have received all but one item. It was a personalized pillow cover, but the really big problem is the website has been down for a couple of weeks now and I’ve deleted the emails, so I don’t know who I purchased it from or if it’s possibly been shipped. If I could call or email customer service, that would be great!

    I ordered 2 shirts from Jane. I was told they were coming from Beadsbee Boutique. I paid $45.53 on 11/11/23. According to Route the USPS tracking was created at this time and the packages were on their way. On 11/16/23 the labels were cancelled, according to USPS. Today Beadsbee Boutique sends an email stating the Jane closed their business without notice and I would need to contact my credit card about the purchase. That they haven’t been paid for a while. I was told by Beadsbee that I could purchase the same Tshirts from them. This doesn’t seem right. Sounds like I am being scammed by Jane & Beadsbee Boutique. Who knows, maybe this Route is in on the scam too. People need to be warned of these companies.

    Submit order thru jane.com to Boutique Jane by Macris owner never received the payment from jane.com.And I never received my order or money back.

    The business Jane.com has now closed. I have two outstanding orders placed with them. I contacted the seller and was told that the orders would not be fulfilled. I have not received Order number ********: Modern Name Necklace sold by Mackenzie T******* through Jane.com (totaling $30.59) and Order number ********: Monogrammed Kids Sweatshirts sold by Simply Tees (totaling $23.99)

    I ordered two sweaters from Jane and my daughter told me that the website had closed down so I went back on and I never got my product. I would like a refund for the two sweaters I ordered.

    I have an account at Jane.com and was planning on using my points to shop this Christmas. I’ve been saving them and now the company is apparently bankrupt?? The site is not up and the app is not working.

    I am a hand made seller, selling my goods on the Jane.com platform. In their terms and agreements, they pay their sellers 14 days after the initial purchase of one of my goods. Jane currently owes me over $500, all of which should have been paid 4+ weeks ago. I have sent several messages to their support line, with no response other than an automated email that says they will get back to me. Now I see that their website is “down for maintenance” and still have not received payment. I’d like to simply have the money they owe me, as I made the items that they had customers order (and the customers paid Jane.com), this company owes me, since I did complete my part of the deal.

    I purchased items on Nov 16th, went to check when my order would ship on November 21 and no website. I just found out they are under investigation. So basically they have taken my money and I have no product.
