    I have 2 complaints about this company, our lease after 2 years recently ended in July of this year. After moving out we were charged with carpet insulation for a room that had orginal hardwood floors that honestly needed to be refinished upon moving out. After talking with the company I was told that hardwood floors didn't needed to be refinished and it is our responsibility to refinish them. But I have talked to multiple different companies actual hardwood floors need to be refinished every 6-10years. I asked how long it had been since the last time the floor had been refinished and I was told it doesn't matter.
    My second complaint is that we were told that if the house was not clean enough they would hire a cleaning company. In. Our move out packet it states that we would be charged $48 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours. But we were billed over 600, after talking with west property management I decovered that I was billed per square foot. And was told that it was cheaper for me to be charged per square foot.
    I agree that we should play for cleaning, because it was not to there standards, but I do not believe there is over 12 hours of cleaning that needed to be done (48/615=12+ hours).
