            On April 14, 2023, I hired WatchSun Services (Soni) to remove/replace some cement, stamp, and color it. I also had a pad poured for a shed (which came out fairly decent) - everything else turned out horrible. The color is not consistent, splotchy, and sparse in some areas. The stamping is not lined up (crooked), there are double-stamp “marks” ALL OVER, and deep gouges in the cement in over 10 areas - VERY noticeable. I received a bid from another company to fix it - $9K! They also poured it too high which makes it so I cannot use the gate. Replacement is nearly $1K. They also burried 2 sprinklers causing me the trench a BUNCH of my lawn and abandon that line. It would be $800 to repair! He was supposed to stucco the stair at the patio door - which he did not do. I paid hi $7940. I am requesting $1113.60 for the gate, $800 for the sprinkler repair, and $3890 for the poor cement work. This totals $5,803. Court case pending. ( I haven’t filed but have filled out the paperwork.)

            We hired them back in 2019 to replace and widen our driveway, redo some curbing and front porch in May. After a month or so of no-shows and delays the driveway was done in July. They tore out grass and destroyed our sprinklers and promised to fix it all when they came back to finish the curbing and front porch. In September we finally hired someone else to come finish/fix it all because they ignored phone calls and texts, postponed and no-showed several times. I’m not impressed with the communication, professionalism and integrity of the company. Years later, we are still dealing with the consequences of the poor work. Our garage floors slope towards the walls, causing puddles with rain or snow.
