              On 4/22/21, I visited an NBAZ branch in person to permanently close my checking account. I then transferred all of my auto pay accounts to the new bank account with Wells Fargo, except for my Allstate bill. NBAZ allowed Allstate auto pay transaction to go through on the closed account on 5/18/21 for $106.41. Additionally, NBAZ added a $35 insufficient funds fee. On 5/19/21, NBAZ returned the $106.41, but did not drop the $35 insufficient funds fee. The closed account is also still listed as 'open.' I want the $35 I sufficient funds fee dropped and the account permanently closed with written verification to confirm.

              They hold legit payroll deposits . They charge you insufficient fund fees meanwhile. Mine took 4 days and plenty of phone calls for a small technicality on how they wrote the check out. I also got charged ***** insufficient funds fee on a .02 ATM reversal check deposit. Whatever that is??!Do yourself a favor. Don't do Zions. Even my friend, neighbors and church community said it would be just a matter of time before I would leave like they did
