    On May 21, 2022 I watched the live show on FB and I claimed items. Two of the items that I claimed was 1 pair of Judy Blue shorts and 1 Circle towel that has "Hello" on it. Order # ******. I paid the invoice which was a total of $224. After receiving the order I noticed that I was billed for 2 pairs of shorts and no towel. I had other orders with R&B that I was also waiting on so I did not make a claim with them at that time because I thought maybe some items got mixed up with my other orders. Then 1 week ago today my father's health started fading and my family was called in. He was moved home with Hospice. Right before this happened I had claimed items on another live with R&B and needless to say when they sent my invoice I was with my family and R&B was the last thing on my mind. When I realized that I missed the invoice Bryson Y**** and someone else had text me. I responded to Bryson and told him was what I was dealing with and he thanked me for letting him know. I also told him that I was at my parents and I would pay once I got home and I had my card to do so. At this time it was very late at night. The next day when I reached out to R&B and Bryson to pay my invoice they ignored me and blocked me on FB. The only way that I can contact them is replying to their emails, and I have emailed them 3 times regarding the discrepancy that this complaint is about. And I have text Bryson and the contact number listed on this site with no response. I only want a refund of the difference in the price of the shorts I was charged for and did not receive and the towel that I did receive. Which is approx $22. These people act like they are good people but yet my father was dieing and they could careless. They are only worried about themselves.

    I've been ordering from them for 4 months with no issues. There policy is no changes or removal of items you claim. In my situation, I didn't order an item on my last order of 3 things, they continued to tell me that I did and that I could no longer shop there if I didn't pay for it with belittling me? Why would I pay for something i didn't order? All over a tank top. They do not ever want to be wrong. I don't have time for this.
