5 starsSeveral years ago, while on a Caribbean cruise, I purchased a Fruitz ******* ***** Natural Frequency Watch with a black rubber band. Recently, the integral black rubber band broke. I visited several well-known jewelers in our SW Florida community who stated that the band was irreplaceable. Those jewelers recommended returning the watch to the manufacturer, taking the watch to the jeweler in the ********* for potential replacement, or disposing of the watch. One jeweler wanted a down-payment of several hundred dollars with an additional unspecified charge of likely several hundred dollar for a new band plus repair fees, all of which far exceeded the $300 initial cost of the watch. I searched the internet for Fruitz ******* ***** Watch Repair, and found the Times Ticking website. Times Ticking has been in business over 40 years, guaranteed their work, had great reviews, and provided thorough instructions. I completed their on-line form, received an immediate response with a job number, packed my watch, and sent the watch to Times Ticking by *** with a tracking number. I received a call from Times Ticking on the day my watch arrived at their store. They gave me a price estimate for band and battery replacement as well as recommending some refurbishment, all at a very reasonable inclusive price that included return insured mailing. They completed the repairs in a reasonable amount of time, contacted me that they had shipped the watch by certified ****, and sent me the tracking number. The watch arrived and a few days later. Times Ticking called to check on receipt of the watch and my satisfaction.Times Ticking far exceeded all of my expectations. They are prompt, conscientious and provide exceptional service. I will only use Times Ticking for any future watch repairs. ***** ********Times Ticking Inc.

5 starsSent my ****** pocket watch to them to have rebuild. This watch was my fathers which was made in 1920. They said it may take 3 months for the repair. It was about a month and I had the watch back and it was running fine. I have another ****** pocket watch that I am going to send out to them for repair in the near future. More money for the repair than I expected.Times Ticking Inc.

5 starsMy **** ****** clock is a family heirloom it was given to my grandfather in the 1950s as a recognition for his community service. It fell from my fireplace mantel and was damaged.I was fortunate to find Times Ticking on the Internet. They did a wonderful job repairing and restoring my clock which now sits proudly on my mantel again.I could not be more pleased with the quality of work and the helpfulness offered at every point in the process. 5 starsI sent my 40 year old gold Concord Ultra thin watch to them for a battery. No jewelry store or watch repair company would touch it. I sent my watch to Times Ticking and they quickly responded to me that this watch a quailty piece and needed major repair, not shocking. They advised me that due to the age and the specialty design this could take months. They gave me a quote and I paid it and during the process other issues came up. New movement was required, the stem was bent and the dial needed to be replaced . They never charged me an additional ***** for these added items.The repair too longer than I wished for but the watch was returned to me in spectacular condition. They always returned my phone calls and emails and although the news was not always the greatest, they came through with flying colors at the end I found out that old watches need special care and patience. Times Ticking was the perfect solution for me.Times Ticking Inc.

1 starTimes Ticking is the worst place to send your watch for repairs. I sent my watch in for repairs on 12-5-2023 after several months they sent it back after repairs only to find out that it kept loosing time and they never replaced the hands that were in bad shape. The only thing that they repaired is that they installed a new battery and polished the cast for the amount of $3,000.00. Then I called them about the watch and they replied that it was under warranty so I sent it back and now it has been five months and they still have not repaired the watch. I have called several time concerning the watch and receive the same response that they are working on it..***********************Times Ticking Inc.
