I am writing to dispute the account listed under account number ********* on my credit report. This account was created without my permission and is the result of fraudulent activity. I have no record of applying for or agreeing to any account with COLLECTION.
According to 15 U.S.C. § 1692g (Validation of Debts), you must provide verification of this debt or a copy of a judgment if I request it in writing within 30 days. I have not been given any signed contract or documentation showing that I authorized this account. Without a valid agreement that includes my signature, this account should not be associated with me.
Because this account was opened fraudulently, I am requesting its immediate removal from my credit report and for all collection activity to stop. If you cannot supply proper validation within 30 days, you are required to delete this account and discontinue any further collection attempts.

Continuously harassing me about a debt to a gym that has been paid off for two years. They wouldn’t tell me what steps I needed to take to get information on what I owed or an itemized bill, they only repeated the same script. I even told them I would pay a portion in the meantime but they wouldn’t give me any information other than I needed to send them a written request but to look for the mail they sent me? Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one wasn’t available. Then they told me to call back another time. I have noticed on my credit report a debt that is said to owe. The total amount that is owed states an outstanding balance . This is from renting a dorm where payment was 1.2k. I had a dorm roommate who I was out with that caused damage to their property and they are trying to charge me for it which I am not liable for anyones damage.I have not been noticed on why I have these charges.I do not have any ties with Aldous and Associates or contracts with them. I am not liable for the alleged debt with Aldous & Associates . I do not have a valid contract or agreement with
Aldous &associates ., and despite my request, they have
failed to provide the original signed contract or
verification of this debt. Under the Fair Credit
Reporting Act (FCRA), they are required to furnish complete and accurate documentation to verify any reported debt. Their continued reporting of this
account to the credit bureaus without proper
verification is a violation of federal law. This
inaccurate reporting has caused me significant harm,

Aldous and Associates has a debt on my credit report that I am not Liable for. I do not have or never signed a contract with Aldous and Associates, I have attempted to obtain a copy of a contract but they did not provide me with the original contract or have given any details as requested. It only shows in one of my credit reports and upon examination, non of the other reports show this debt which lead to me coming to the conclusion that It has been a mistake on my Credit report.Business Response
