    This agency knowingly and willingly reported a false amount to a credit agency and was done during a time when the bill was in dispute with them as I waited for all information they had pertaining to this account

    I do not owe You fit Gym any money. I definitely do not have any kind of contract with Aldous AND Associates, They did not provide me the original contract which requested. I demand this collection to be removed from my credit.

    Dear BBB Representative,

    I am writing to formally dispute any alleged relationship or obligation between myself and Alodus & Associates PL regarding a claimed debt with Infinity On The Mark.

    I would like to clarify the following:
        1.    No Relationship with Alodus & Associates PL
    I have never entered into any contractual agreement, account, or service relationship with Alodus & Associates PL. I have not authorized them to act on my behalf or to collect any debt in my name.
        2.    No Liability for Debt with Infinity On The Mark
    I am not liable for any alleged debt with Infinity On The Mark. I have not signed any contract, application, or service agreement with Infinity On The Mark that would make me financially responsible for any balance.
        3.    Lack of Contract or Agreement
    There has never been any contract or terms of agreement signed by me with Alodus & Associates PL regarding any collection activity. Without such a contract or verified documentation, there is no legal basis for Alodus & Associates PL to claim or attempt to collect any debt from me.
        4.    Request for Validation
    I respectfully request that Alodus & Associates PL provide complete validation of the alleged debt, including a signed contract and itemized statement of charges, if any exist. Until such documentation is produced, I consider the matter unresolved and any negative reporting or collection activity improper and potentially in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

    I ask that this complaint be recorded as my formal statement disputing any claimed debt or relationship with Alodus & Associates PL and Infinity On The Mark.

    I have received multiple calls and texts from Aldus and Associates stating that I have a debt. However, I do not have any outstanding debts. They provided me with a birthdate of 04/14/91, which means I would have been 27 years old at that time. They gave me a last four of an SS number that is not mine. Despite this, they continue to call and harass me. I have told multiple people at this point that I am not who they are looking for. I assume they found a number to match my first and last name and tried to contact me. I want this harassment stopped immediately. I will seek an attorney's advice. Any help that you can provide will be helpful. These people are not honorable.
