The product is not clearly labled with CBD content and there is no QR code (as required by many states) the QR should take you directly to the lab testing results.Business response

Mr. ***** contacted our customer service complaining about the issue. We attempted to explain to Mr. ***** that not only does our products all have the Query code that goes directly to the lab testing but we also place the labels directly on our site. He was very hostile and incredibly rude to our Customer Service Agent. Mr. ***** is not a customer and when we looked up the number that he called from it comes back to a company that sales similar products. We believe that Mr. ***** is just trying to disparage our company because he is in a similar business and this complaint should be removed from our file. I have attached the screenshots directly from our website showing the labels with the product and you can see the query code on it. We also provide the link to the lab results to anyone that requests them.Initial Complaint

I wanted to purchase a one month supply of Tommy Chongs CBD products Good Vibes and Nice Dreams. I entered my card number and the code on the back of the card and then when I thought I was completing the purchase I was directed to a dead-end where I was warned "do not press the back button or multiple charges may be added to your card" I was pressured into choosing a 6 month supply just to get off the site. I tried that day to call ************ (during business hours), several times, phone was never answered. I've tried today with same situation. I've looked at reviews and apparently this is a common complaint. I would like a full refund of $144 for the 6 months I was 'coerced' into buying and the $59 for the one month supply.Business response

We have refunded the customer for the one month supply in the amount of $59.00 and the six month supply of $144.00. We also take our customer satisfaction serious and have looked into her complaints. The customer made a total of 1 call to us in the last 30 days (due to the sensitive nature of the information we did not include this information but can readily supply the images - this call was during our high call volume time in the afternoon (12:07 pm MST) and they were offered to leave a message that they chose not to do. We also made sure that they did not email us which they had not. Had the customer left a message they would have been called back the same day to be refunded. In addition there is a link at the bottom of the 6 month add-on that says in bright red letters no thank you to the add on offer. Had the customer clicked this they would have been able to complete their transaction for just the one month supply. Lastly the customer was also sent multiple emails that they could have responded to and had the issue resolved as well. We can only fix an issue when we know about it. We have a lifetime moneyback guarantee on all of our products no questions asked as customer satisfaction is our highest priority.Customer response
