              I purchased their product new, it is a hunting rifle, it took almost 6 months to receive. I bought it for a once in a lifetime trip, and when attempting to sight in i could not, it was inaccurate, and they have a sub moa gurantee. After calling and asking what to do they told me to keep shooting it untill i had more than 50 rounds through it, at roughly 5$ per shot that adds up quickly, i then called and said what problems I was having and needed it for my trip that i bought it for, they had no intentions on helping me and just told me there was no chance of having one in time. After my gunsmith found a problem with it they then told me thats not a problem and once i asked for my money back since it did not meet their sub moa guarantee they said to send it back and would try to get it to me in time. I leave in less than a week and when i tried to inquire on its status they found out who i was, basically hung up and will not answer or return any of my calls at this point!

              Sent a rifle back to CA for warranty work on a carbon fiber stock that had manufacturing defects. The defect i found had been originally sloppily glued back together as a cheap fix that expectedly failed. To my surprise Christensen arms proceeded to glue the same part back together as their solution. This was very surprising as I expected better quality craftsmanship from this company. They proceeded to glue the part back together, against my wishes, and send it back to me. I will never own a Christensen arms firearm ever again. Worst service i have ever experienced from a firearms manufacturer or gunsmith.
