- Our services are delivered electronically through a monthly paid subscription. All initial orders may be cancelled for any reason for a full refund within 10 days (14 days for customers in the European Union). After the initial order, a member must cancel prior to their next monthly payment. There are no partial refunds for cancellation during the 30 day subscription renewals. If a member wishes to cancel their subscription, they simply need to submit a ticket to customer support and their subscription will be cancelled.
