      I had a salesperson come to my home and offer what was presented as a one-time pest control service for $70. We agreed, under the impression that it was a single service. However, the initial treatment did absolutely nothing we saw no difference, as if no treatment had been done at all.We contacted the company to express our dissatisfaction and let them know we didnt want any follow-up services. At that point, we were informed we were in a contract and were being charged a $199 early cancellation ****** no point were we clearly told this was a long-term contract. Had we known that, we would have never agreed to it. We feel misled and signed up under false pretenses. When we called to dispute the cancellation fee, we were told it was too late because we didnt cancel within three days.Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing both in terms of the service quality and how the agreement was presented. I would caution others to ask very specific questions and read every line of any paperwork before agreeing to anything.

      If possible I would give 0 stars. This is the worse company. They make an appointment that is at least a month out and then cancel it on the day they are to come out. The manager is extremely rude and gets very loud and belligerent on the phone. She will not listen to you! Even after spraying for spiders I still have spiders galore! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

      Did not show for appts and awful customer service. National management would issue a credit to my account, but local service provider would never send anyone to service my home. Disputing charges with my credit card company to get cancelled and refund.

      Weve had Hawx for about a year, and the experience has been disappointing. Ive let my account go the full year of the contract and was prepared to just let it fall off. One of their sales **** was in our area and when approached, I let him know I already had the services, was unimpressed, and I wasnt interested in anything else. He wanted to review my account as a manager, then informed me that he didnt think we were getting the services we were paying for. I signed, assuming he was helping, and he said I would not be charged. I was charged a $79 fee as soon as he left my property. I texted him from the number I had and told him that I was charged and wanted to cancel. No answer. Then I got a text saying they were coming to treat and I asked them to cancel, no response, still treated supposedly. So now Im being charged my monthly plus $79 for services I did try to cancel. Second, attempting to cancel via phone was a joke. I was on the phone for 25 minutes speaking with someone who just dismissed what I was saying because I signed and had 3 days to cancel. I was charged $55 for a membership fee, $79 for a monthly visit I didnt want, and now they want me to pay $199 for early termination even though a district manager told me I wouldnt be charged the $79 to begin with. They charged me anyway. They came back to me with an offer to stop the $79 service I dont want (I was already charged twice), credit my account $70 (so less than one charge), if I agree to another 36 month term to waive the cancellation fee. So pay for an unsatisfactory service for 3 more years so you dont lose $200?In the midst of this, my grandmother was living with me on hospice and then passed away. So of course I didnt have time to get back to this about this agreement but I had communicated multiple times that I wanted to cancel. Calling is your only option so they can bully/intimidate you. Save yourself the trouble, go with another company. They are awful to deal with.

      Would leave no stars if possible. Called regarding my pest issues, gnats, tried to schedule a time and service without even understanding the situation and then I was hung up on. Kept getting calls from this company, under different phone numbers, definitely suspicious, unprofessional, and would NEVER call for quote or anything from again.

      If I could give a NEGATIVE star rating I would. I set up Hawx services in Feb 2025. My first service was suppose to be after 12. They showed up at 7:45 am. The same thing with the March and April ******** I have two grandbabies who do not get up till after 10:30 am. I schedule things for after ***************************************************** April I set up extra service only if they did it by a certain date. That date came and went. I called them that day and asked what the heck. They apologized...gave me excuses like they always do and tried to reschedule. I told them I'm tired of their UNPROFESSIONALISM. Tied of promises and SICK and TIRED of their INEPTNESS. I have numerous text messages with 2 managers and the actual service guy....with lots of apologies and excuses. I spoke to not only the local manager by the name of ******* but another supervisor and his manager. I also called an 800 number trying to QUIT ****. I have told 7 people now I DO NOT WANT THEIR service yet, they keep charging my credit card. Today June 28. 2025 it'ss 10:25 am. I called ************ the number listed on my credit card statement. I have called five times now. I am not on the 6th call. Each time the guy transfers me to an account manager and I get hung up on. This time I got hung up on just by dialing the number. I want this service to STOP! I want my money back for MAY, JUNE and JULY! I want this to STOP! I cannot get anyone to call me back. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

      I did not want to sign a contract with this company. However, the salesperson insisted that I had to sign up for 36 months and assured me there would be no penalty if I decided to cancel later. I felt I had no choice but to proceed. Now that I am trying to terminate the contract, Im being told I have to pay a $199 penalty. This is completely wrong. They clearly told me there would be no penalty.

      I paid for an extermination. They came out two times told me I had a one year warranty and then when I call because they didnt finish the work they said that I only had a two month warranty and they cant schedule another technician basically paid these people to come to my house one time to never see them again. Also, I have a one year subscription with them to come every month and they only came the first month this company is ridiculous on top of that. I had multiple accounts. They were trying to bill me two times.

      Sales guy walked up to me while gardening. ****** ************** him I was not interested as I have a provider already that worked with me to get the bill lowered. ****** would not leave and finally he said I will charge $40 per quarter. Now I see it is $40 per month which is $75 more than I was paying. ****** the office account said, did you not read the agreement? Which would that be? I was inundated with emails and never dreamed this guy was blantenly lying. Also asked **** who the CEO was and can I get transferred. He said I will not get to speak with him. I am on a fixed income and now they are saying I cant cancel without a penalty. I need help to either cancel with no penalty or as promised; $40 per quarter. And a credit of $120 credit for months billed.

      I have been with **** for over a year. After while I tired to cancel the 199 fee. But they tried to charge me $600 to cancel. States in there agreement 199 is sole. They refused to cancel. I have disputed it with my bank. I have been fighting to get rid of them. They said even though they not coming out there still going to charge my website account. I'm beyond frustrated.
