      They have a good product but they have a bait and switch business model. The company calls you to align you with their "auto-draft" monthly agreement to take away that the monthly payment is more than the per application payment you were previously paying. They also start withdrawing the funding prior to rendering any services. Worst part is when contacting their contact center regarding your concern, they simply refer back to the agreement you signed and their system automation handling everything. No accountability. When i asked them to review my prior call to see if my frustration is warranted, the representative told me "She knows the person who handled my call, and they are very good. They could not have possibly miscommunicated the process to me. " I guess it is just me who expect that services or goods are rendered or at least communicated a plan before being charged. I will lower my expectations in the future.

      If I could do a 0 that is what they would get, unfortunately, there is no zero star available. I gave them a second chance at making things right but once I started the nightmare began. The sales person offered services that the service manager said they don't offer or are on the productsw he sold me so I have to add more services to my contract. If I cancelled I would pay a cancel fee or what they call discounted service fee now so I rode the contract through. Everytime I need service I have to schedule it and reschedule it to get the full service because they either can do the exterior or interior so then i have to reschedule one or the other. I emphasize what I want them to focust on and it still does not get done and once again I have to go through with a reschedule. I called 30 days ahead of time to request that my contract does not get renewed and they say they dont automatically renew contracts but I have to call and cancel. I was already on the line with them so I requested that they do not withdrawl the money from my account once my contract is over and they said I have to call back the day of because they are unable to update my account for it not to withdraw or renew. They are waiting that I forget to call them and request that it not be charged. What kind of service is that? They always have an excuse of why they cant meet my requested services or cancellation request. It's always an excuse so now I have to call them before they wothdrawl the next payment and my question is why can they schedule those but not schedule the now withdrawl request?

      My family has had hawx for almost a year now and it has been nothing but issues. I've called and spoke with multiple people, supervisor ect and never get my issues fixed. I've asked for them to come out monthly (since i pay monthly for this service) and I've been told yes well come out monthly. They never do. Now I have ants at our windows and they haven't been out in 4 months. I shouldn't have to continue to call a business to make them do their jobs. I pay this company PLENTY of money to do nothing! I cannot wait til June and I can cancel. This company is not it. I pay 65$ a month for 12 months that's about 800$ (give or take) for them to come out 4 times (if that) within the 12 months. And it's 200$ to cancel so 1000$ for crappy service. I've called multiple times over the course of 10 months with no resolution.

      The service started out decent then the ********** started cutting corners. I was unable to get out of the year contract so I just rode it out and didn't renew the contract. Then a year later I randomly get a promotion text message, which I ignore and then to my surprise they charge the card on file for $242 which luckily was my old inactive card. They have shady business practices and you should look somewhere else for your pest control services

      One star because I had to. I just got off the phone with the worst account manager in the world. I was told by multiple people that my bill had been forgiven and my account was closed after I had been billed multiple times for services that were not rendered. I was told by multiple people that my account had been closed and my balance was zero and then I would receive a bill for $300 in the mail! I have spoken with them and they will not forgive my bill after I had been told it was and they would only cut my bill in half. This is absolute madness and no one should have to go through this! I will not be paying a bill for services Ive never received! I would love to speak to an OWNER of this company because I cannot believe this is going on for MULTIPLE PEOPE. NOT JUST ME. Literally the worst pest control company Ive ever experienced. If I could give negative stars I would! Enormous waste of time and money!!! -10/10 would never recommend. Something needs to be done with this amount of bad experiences.

      Very disappointing experience and a waste of time and money. My elderly parents signed up for services when a representative knocked on their door and offered my Dad a discount on because he is a veteran. The first service went well, but the 2nd and 3rd time the pest technician was a NO CALL NO SHOW on TWO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. My Dad didn't want his time or money wasted any longer so he cancelled the service. He was then automatically charged $199 on his credit card for "early termination fee". I called a week later on behalf of my parents because I find it absurd that NO credit was ever given for their time wasted TWICE. I called and explained the situation and expressed that I'd like my parents to receive a refund for the $199. I spoke with ******* on March 3, 2024 around 3:53pm pst and was told that her hands were tied and there is nothing she can do. I was then told as long as the tech was within the monthly pay period he was ok. That made no sense. I was also told that because my Dad cancelled a week ago it was too late to do anything. I asked for corporate information so I can take this further and was told this was corporate and when things reached her desk that's as high as they go because she's the "billing manager". So I guess ****'s highest position holder in their company is the billing manager. I was given apologies for my parents and told repeatedly about the policy, but **** fails to see the principle. My Mom has dialysis, I was there in her place on one of the inconvenient no-show appointments. So basically Hawx believes their policy is valuable, but the customers time and intelligence is not. My parents called and had to reschedule appointments 2 TIMES and I was told the notes say the tech didn't have the time to complete the job due to his work load, BUT NO ONE TOLD MY PARENTS! Twice!! They don't deserve that, and **** doesn't deserve my parents $199.

      I only gave a star becausei needed to write a message other then that I wouldn't not gave any stars its the worst company I have ever had very bad experience I had other Pest controls but this one is a scam beside the problem is not fix they only want your money they came to my house and I was told that every time they would come I would be charge but it was every month that I was paying 80 decided to cancel and they still keep taking the money I have to go to my bank and Close the account now they send me a bill that I owe them $578.71 for there service because they have not been able to take it out my account can someone explain to me why would I pay for something that I have not had service only one time they came to my house and now I have to pay all this money they still have the audacity to tell me that I can arrange a payment WHAT!!!! You got to be kidding me it's a total scam be careful people I get ask if I know any Pest control company's since my daughter is a realtor and of course I tell the people to be careful with this company it's a total scam...don't let them fool you.

      hawx requires a one year contract with an outlandish cancelation penalty. I honored my one year contract. I had a final service due under the contract, however, when I tried to schedule I was told no appointments were available for a month (after the end of the contract). I booked the appointment because it was paid for under the contract. I sent an email 30 days before the end of the contract stating I wanted to cancel. They responded that I could not cancel until after the contracted ended and would have to call. They will only accept cancelling by phone. I called on the final day of the contract to cancel. I explained that I had one more service that was still scheduled. I was told that to get that service, I couldn't cancel the contract and would be charged for at least one more month. I canceled but have been cheated out of what **** agreed to in their contract. It is a no win for the consumer, no matter what you do or try to do Hawx will cheat and scam the customer.

      They told me when I signed up that I could cancel any time that it wasn't a contract and then when I went to cancel early they said I was on a 12-month contract and had to pay an early termination fee. Service was average at best.

      Beware of this company. They are deceptive in their practices and hardly ever address concerns June of 2023, one of their agents, *******************, stopped by my home to discuss their services. I was quoted a price and that I would receive 4 treatments over the next year. I was also told that I had three days to cancel the service. However, I later learned that cancellation must occur either in writing or via a telegram. I then learned that I would be paying 59 dollars a month each month for the year contact, not just the months that they came to my home. Once I realized I was stuck under a less than desirable contract, I decided to just accept the issue and would then cancel before my contract was renewed. I contacted the company in early February of 2024 to indicate I did not want to renew my contract with them. I was told I would have to call back once my contract initial term had ended. This is completely contradictory to the contract I signed which indicates that I must, in writing, at least 30 days prior to the end of my contract, notify them that I no longer wish to renew the service.That day, I sent a certified letter to their corporate office in ****, stating that I wanted to end my contract with them and did not want a renewal. I also stated in the mail that I no longer give them permission to charge my credit card for their services after my final payment in May.Today, I received an email from their ************ office that they "cannot pre-schedule cancellations, please call us once your agreement term ends if you would still like to cancel." They lock you into these contracts and make it very difficult to get out of them. BEWARE!
