Velocity Draper We bought a Kia Sorento 2016 here being a first time buyer of course all they want was to scam (sell) me a car. Me not knowing anything about cars the KIA Sorento was on a second engine and was not disclosed to me, ever. If you guys ever come here make sure the engine is still original Or just get your engine blown in the middle of the freeway AND PAY $4k-$9k for another engine. And velocity MANAGEMENT Andy would also spare you $100 deductible to the repair shop! BUT FOR ME??? IT’S THREE(3) MAXED OUT Credit Cards PLUS paying interest ON CREDIT CARD (for paying the monthly minimum) , PLUS BORROWING MONEY FROM SOMEONE KIND ENOUGH TO LEND ME MONEY. (MAYBE WIFE WHO ALSO HAS STUDENT LOANS PLUS CAR LOANS FROM A BETTER AUTO SALES. (THANK GOD). GREAT DEAL RIGHT?! ???????? Big thanks to David (kept pushing me to talk to warranty), Josh (told me hell call back 3x), Steve (telling me hell call back but hides behind his financial chair), Shawn (a mechanic ignoring every call I made?) all I wanted was to trade in this car you guys sold me. Maybe thats why you declined it cause you know it WAS A KNOCKED UP CAR. What a sham business. Ya’ll are phonies making money of us innocent people who just need a good car to get to work and make a living to pay for that car. These guys don’t care for customers once they sell you their knocked up cars. They don’t know you anymore! This is Utah Draper. Velocity Auto Sales Draper. Update: 1 week after. No tear down happening, repair shop said it only take 2 hours now they backed me up and told me to wait for 2 weeks without a car. And of course VELOCITY DRAPER, did not provide me with any rental car to use while the blown engine car they sold me is still on hold for a teardown? Crazy right! My wife has to go to work at 8am but now I don't have a car she wakes up 4am with me just to drop me off at work go back home and to her sleep. If only they provided me with a rental or at least something but no calls. Good at ghosting.
