Business ProfileforPMCapital.com, LLC

I've been trying to sell a silver account I have with PM Capital so I can move it to somewhere else. I've been in contact with the company shortly before Thanksgiving (11/19/21) and was working with Grant C***** to assist me with this. He was able to obtain a quote from the person buying them in just a couple days. On 12/8/21 I emailed Grant to inform him I wanted to move forward with selling the silver. I didn't hear back so I called the main number to the company and was told I needed to continue to go through Grant for this. I informed them I emailed and called him and hadn't heard back from him. They said they would reach out to him to let him know I was trying to contact him, which seemed to be common in trying to contact Grant. I did receive an email from Grant on 12/21/21 and was informed he asked his wholesaler for a price quote and once he received that he would get me the invoice to proceed. On 1/7/22, I reached out by email because I hadn't heard from him at all and no response. I called the company several times between now and haven't received any response. I've left several messages with the business and Grant C***** with no return call, and also no return email from Grant. No one is answering when I call the business so I'm not sure what to do. I can't get ahold of anyone anymore.
