    Horrible experience,The first red flag was when I couldn't fill out the address field on the website to place an order. Got involved with customer service they said they couldn't help me and they couldn't take an order over chat either. After a few months, that resolved on its own. I then placed an order for in home try on, waited a week, nothing arrived I checked my account it showed no record of an order! Then a few days later my order showed up at my house. I went back into my account it showed that an order was placed but never shipped, so I couldn't choose the frame I wanted to complete my purchase. I tried getting help from the chat and it was a comical nightmare. The agent couldn't understand the problem or my questions and refused to transfer me to a supervisor or anyone who had the ability to do their job. She claimed that she merged the order with my account but it never showed up. I'd have to be a complete idiot to place an order with this company and expect anything other than the errors and incompetence I've dealt with so far. Use at your own risk!

    I have now purchased three sets of glasses from Liingo. My favorite part is just how good I look in the frames. Seriously, they are some of my favorite-looking glasses I have ever ordered. The first order took a day or two more to arrive than I expected, but the next time I ordered they came pretty quickly, which is saying something for glasses orders. My lenses that came in the frames appear to be unscratchable and indestructible. I did the virtual try-on and thought it was fine. The first time I ordered, I also did the "in home try on" where I tried five sets of glasses for free, which I did think was cool, but I had to pack them up and send them back after a week, so I didn't get charged, but it worked out good for me. I love their packaging. It made me chuckle, it's funny :). Anyways, I would highly recommend them. I just wish I could get another *************** set of frames, those are straight fire, but now out of stock, I guess.
