J E F F H A **** is A LIAR -1st he promise it would be a soft credit pull.We had a discussion prior, and it was understood I didnt want a HARD inquiry.I decided not to move forward.I sent ********************* K S a text message saying DO not pull credit & delete my information- he replied with a text message-no problem I will withdraw your file. That was a lie .He indeed pulled a hard inquiry that hit my credit file for 2 years. This is unauthorized and I consider FRAUD He use my information after I said NO. Via text. After I confronted him about this via text message he stop replying and made no apology for LYING- Now I want a letter sent from the Academy/ Guild to all 3 credit bureau to remove this inquiry.

worst lender i have ever in my life dealt with. We were barely communicated with and when it came to any dealing with our loan officer, and when we had such dealing's they were vague and obscure. This was our first and now last attempt ever to buy a house due to the mishandling of our situation. our realtor was offended on our behalf, our problems never stopped, they only grew with time and more delays. the poor reviews prior to ours speak a holy truth. if you deal with this company you do it as risk of money and time, both of which is not free believe me! i would not recommend this company if i was reimbursed my entire lost set of fee's spent on this wasted endeavor. i am disappointed in our experience and was given no outlet to get or gain control over the situation we had at hand, just loads of excuses that were never ending.

I was introduced to ************************ - **************, ** (Branch Manager - NMLS# ******) through my realtor and I am so thankful for this opportunity. She listened to my story and then immediately went to work for me providing all of the steps and information necessary to sell and buy a new home.**** **** was easily accessible, responsive, and knowledgeable. We were dealing with technical issues several times, and she knew how to work through them all. Selling/Buying is not an easy process, especially as a single parent. In fact, it can be very stressful. However, **** **** understood this and helped keep me calm through it all.I am so thankful for having the opportunity to meet her. I wish I had met her long before to help with my other purchases. **** **** makes it her priority to see that you are successful! I value my working relationship with **** **** because she cares.*****

Academy Mortgage in my opinion do not have the borrowers best interest instead they took care of a builder that they had relationship with. If i could give them a zero they would get nothing. Academy Mortgage was not truthful to the **** when i filled a complaint. I have documentation that backs up their lies. In my opinion they are worthless scammers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Very disappointing. High closing costs but we were under pressure due to the wait time of their approved home inspector. Then, within 18 months and Academy making both property tax payments late, (which I had to correct) they sold our loan to a very low rated mortgage company. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND.

RUN AWAY !!! Worst life experience in a long long time

Academy Mortgage is a scam company. I would give them no stats if I could. I am having issues trying to talk to a real person about my home insurance. They say I have none yet in my documents within their website it shows my insurance information including the decloration page. They still sent a letter to tell me that they secured insurance for me.....at more then double the cost. Absolutely fraudulent. Now I can not get a person on the phone nor will they reply to emails. I am beyond ****** off. I will be refinancing as soon as possible!!

I used Academy Mortgage to secure a loan since they were the 'preferred' lender on a home i purchased.Problems started when i got my property tax **** in March from the county and there was a delinquent payment due/fee for the previous years taxes. They apparently recorded the WRONG parcel/acct and made the payment to someone else's property! After I contacted them on March 21st, they resolved it and told me they would fix the account. They also mentioned they would be sending first 2022 payment on April 1st. Fast forward to end of April of this year and I'm NOT seeing anything posted to my current years property tax. I call the bank to clarify to find out they they STILL had the wrong parcel/account information and had NOT even sent a check yet. (check had to be post marked by April 30th) They said they would correct/send it right away. I also get this excuse on why.I check my property tax account on May 4th and still don't see a payment. I call the bank, they even follow up with an email saying we are sending the check, here is a copy of the check and the shipping information along with the tax form inside....problem is, there was NO image of any check. So I follow up with an email asking for the check image....I get a response from a different person saying that the check WASN"T cut yet.....but, here is a copy now. I open the attachment and they sent it with SOMEONE ELSES TAX FORM.....AGAI!!! They are paying SOMEONE ELSES PROPERTY TAX!!!!WATCH YOUR ACCOUNTS LIKE A HAWK with these people.....and send everything by email to have for your records..... I personally can't trust them anymore

I was contacted yesterday was able to talk to more than 3 different people even was called back at 7pm Central time but no one said anything on the other line, asked a agent who answer why was I called she had no info, unfortunately the initial call came from **************, i spoke to her 3 times that day, once sending in correct documents and etc... The call received that night I was told it was likely ************** telling me about my paperwork being put in motion to start the process. So today called her over 8 times no answer, used another cell phone she answered on 1st ring, once realizing after I stated my name who I was she then begin to 5ry and rush me off the phone, also stated no one called me last night from the company when the number is clearly on my caller ID which was disrespectful to me like if I was a lier or something, then begin to tell me she have to take another call as I asked the question to get to the bottom of why was I called, she then just hung up, so then I became irate at the unprofessionalism she render, and I became skeptical of the whole process and etc... Now I can't even be talked to since all my info is in hand now and she maybe already was paid her commission on the process but she did not even have the time to address why was I called or anything just had no need to talk to me, but was real talkative yesterday happy and jolly. this Business has me skeptical can anyone elaborate on the importance of the business
