    ZERO STARS!!!! Never use this company! They will randomly take extra money from your account and always have a different excuse as to why there is an extra amount attached to your lease payment. Example spoke to a representative today and got 3 different answers in the same conversation. I have been fighting this company since may 2025 about an extra $16.95 attached to my lease payment. 10 of 10 DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

    I was told the product I bought would be 90 days same as cash, I wasnt aware they would mark up the item $500 dollars! A couch that was marked to ******* will now cost me ******* to pay off by 90 days. If I do not pay off the 1500 by the 90th day then I will have to continue leasing with extremely high interest rates!

    If I could leave zero stars, I would. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. Ive been paying on the couch and tv stand for almost 2 years and nothing has budged. I will NEVER use Acima again. You call customer service and its like talking to a wall. You explain to them whats going on and that they removed the account for payment, they tell you add it through this link the links dont work. You ask for a supervisor, they transfer you to a senior representative. All foreign representatives, thick Indian accents and you cant understand them and they cant understand you. Terrible company. Never again.

    If I could give a 0 star I would. They are long sharks who take advantage of peoples money. You pay for the product with interest and when you have payed the full amount of the product, now they want you to pay them to keep it after you have already payed interest. ******* company STAY FAR AWAY FROM ACIMA

    My experience has been extremely horrible with Acima. They practice predatory lending. My items cost less than $900.00. I've been charged almost double the amount to payback including the cost of the items. They phish in your account causing you to overpay out of desperation. Please run the other way from the lease to own options. This company connects you to overseas departments that barely understand. I want my case close and want them to come and get the items now. It is not worth the hassle of overpayment.

    Got a couch from bons furniture, Ive been paying on it every 2 weeks since December 2024. My starting balance was $3,100 and I already paid over half they are stating that I still owe over $2,200.. I have statements and proof that Im over had way done.. I tried to contact them and its either they are always busy or the phone line goes dead.. Im thinking about taking them to court since nobody ever is available to speak..

    If you want to pay 3x the amount actually owned get a loan with them. I used them for a car part, which was originally $470 total ans with their payment plan i will end up paying $1,100. Don't do it! And they won't work with you either your locked in and no room to budge with them! Worst company ever! I will never do business with them again and will make sure to tell others not to as well.

    If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never applied for a lease or anything with this company and I have had 4 people trying to get items under my name. I have submitted 4 fraud emails to their fraud department and again my name appears in their system. This company needs to do a better *** at screening. I will never do business with this company ever!

    I used Acima to purchase some furniture everything was fine the first month, however after that everything went down hill, first when i signed my contract they stated that my monthly payments were going to be $203.57, first payment comes in and they took the $203.57 as agreed. next payment i noticed and increase they took $250.92, i was a bit confused of why an increment of $47.35 without my consent. Then my 90 days were done and called the representative said i owe more than $1200 which by doing the math their numbers were wrong. After talking to so many representatives finally on July 17 one of the representative said your only balance is $710.56 and on July 18 i sent the payment. on July 23 my bank sent a notification that Acima process 2 payments one of $250.92 plus $710.56 =$961.48 i was furious i called every single representative gave me so many different answers of why i had extra charges. My total $2520.82 Acima total withdrawals $2978.68 and they still wanted to add 2k more. they stated that the increase of my payments (almost $500) was because they added an extra warranty in case i lost my job... Again i did not know this. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY bunch of SCAMMERS with poor customer service

    I have never been treated so badly by a business in my life! These people have literally had me in tears. I would call to make a payment and they would argue with me and they processed two payments early, after I had made specific arrangements in my initial contract, they went and processed it early, which cost me 38 dollars both times. When I called to talk to them about it they sent me emails saying they were going to take back the products that they helped me lease, which happens to be my tires on my car. So I have had so much anxiety and worry that they would do this. I called several times to make a payment and I had them laughing, going silent and even hanging up on me. This is not right. And now they are talking on 3000 dollars when my balance was paid down to 900. I don't understand how they can do this and get away with it
