    Arive Homes caused damage to landscaping and sidewalks due to broken irrigation pipes during development of ************* 55+ Community along Teton Village Dr in ********. The flooding was so bad that the city was called to turn off the water. As a ******************* has sunk around the homes, and sidewalks have sunk and cracked. ************** Manager (******) said that they are not responsible even though the Arive Homes Superintendent told us personally that they would come back in spring and fix the damage. The Arive Warranty Manager said we should contact Wright Homes, who are also building homes in the community, because it is their responsiblity. We contacted Wright Homes about the issue and here is their response: "When Arive homes took possession of their lots, the sidewalks in front of those lots were in perfect condition, and accepted by the City. When ***** took title to those lots, they assume the responsibility for the frontage improvements. Any damages since that time would be the responsibility of Arive Homes." One final note, there are mostly elderly people in this 55+ community and these sidewalks have become a hazard. ***** knows they caused this damage yet they want to totally walk away and leave homeowners stranded.

    Wright homes warranty is a joke and there are several other construction work that happened in my yard without notice. This is specific to where I live in ********,**. My intention with this review is to warn other homebuyers that they cannot be count on when needed especially when it comes to warranty. The warrany ********************* cannot be trusted. The level of service has gone from average to UNACCEPTABLE. They say that there will be two repairs during the first year of home purchase. The first time around was average service, panifully slow and nothing in place to track progress of the repair. The only way you can get hold of warranty is through email, no phone no other way to enter a ticket for repair. The main problem is commication. ****(Warranty guy) replies whenever he wishes and usually the answer to every question is NO. In the second repair visit, I had numerous things that needed to be done, **** came in for the visit and said would follow up on things like repairs in the kitchen, cabinet, sink etc. Was promised the first time that they will do the touch up but in this visit was told to do the repairs ourselves. Also, they have dug up my yard at least five times without notice, painfully slow when putting in the grass as well. Wright homes need to get their act together and provide customer experience that a homeowner is looking for , trust, efficienty and action.

    Our Director of Construction reached out to ************** by phone, and email. A portion of his reply is quoted as "Thank you for speaking with me on the phone today. There is no excuse for our warranty team not to contact you with the status of your items. I spoke to **** and he has all of your items scheduled to be completed within the next two weeks. He will communicate with you often, from now on. You seemed quite upset about the contractors coming into your yard without your permission. This was not Wright Homes or any of the Wright Homes Sub-contractors. Those workers in your yard were internet contractors and they were installing internet cable in the entire community. We did not hire them nor do we manage them. Your best bet would be to reach out to your HOA for those details. Also, I will stay in direct communication with you until 100% of your items are corrected. I apologize for your frustration and again thank you for your professionalism when talking to me this afternoon. Please feel free to reach out to me directly at any time." As stated, the items within our control will be resolved.
