    If you buy from these guys, be prepared for almost zero follow-up on any (and there are many) repairs that will need to be made...glue on the vinyl planks, kitchen cabinets pulling away from the walls, closet shelves coming down, damaged garage door panels, low spots in the garage cement causing puddling, vinyl floor buckling, doors not shutting because the door jam isn't wide enough, squeaky floors, stucco cement splattered all over the place, sheetrock screws popping out, cuts in the carpet, uneven baseboards, broken garage door spring, areas where the walls weren't painted, etc. I could go one, but you get the idea. They have a portal to send in repair requests. It takes weeks, if ever to get a response. When they do come, they say they'll contact the vendor. ***** later the vendors hasn't shown up. Then you'll get an email asking you to rate them on their"good" job. You can't comment or send any kind of reply, other than check the boxes. For example, I've sent in eight requests on our garage doors over six months and they still haven't been replaced. Most of these things I've had to fix myself. Others are beyond my ability and are very costly. The latest problem is the brick layers made two feet deep trenches one foot behind our place, crushing the underground drainage pipes. That won't get fixed and there will be flooding up against the building...I wonder how many requests I'll have to send in before that doesn't get fixed, either. It's cost me a lot of time, money and frustration. I think their strategy is to blow you off until the warranty has expired.
