1 starMy *** (****), uses their services for employees. We are given checks only for the *** account. I did several electronic checks paid the doctors through *** insurance platform. Health Equity, decided to allow all electronic checks to process and deducted from my funds. Then 2 months after they choose 4 of the electronic checks already paid to reject them. The credited my account $0.00 for all 4 of them. But they were initially deducted, with no credit given back to my funds. However, I had to go back and payout all 4 doctors bills. I am out of pocket double the amount and still no credit, the missing 4 payments is @$230. I have been calling them on this since the first return in February 2025. I called over 3 weeks ago and escalated to a supervisor (********), she promised to follow up in a week. Over 3 weeks later, I have to call back again (10th time), I was put back on with ******** that tells me she is sorry, and thats it. She also tells me that there isnt much she can do as they dont have a way to credit me back for what they have deducted plus what I paid out after the reversed the charges. On top of that they owe me interest. I plan to get with my HR team to see what the company can do, this is unacceptable! I work too hard to give my pennies away to company that cant even follow up on call backs. Think twice before looking at this company.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starI don't have a choice in my *** provider since it is through work but ************************** has been nothing but a horrible experience for me since we moved to this platform. Since September 2024 it has been beyond frustrating. **************** is horrible - they just can't help you unlock your account when you are with them on the phone. They have to submit a ticket, but the IT department will never call you so you deal with their basic email exchanges that don't accept replies. I have been consistently locked out of my account almost every month since the issues started. I've even had a potential hacker try to transfer my *** funds out of the account. Every time I call in for a technical issue, a ticket has to be submitted then it is about 2-3 business days to hear from them, via email only. This is a horrible *** provider and they have horrible customer service.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starA joke. Been on the line for an hour trying to discuss fraudulent activity on my account. Constantly locked out online. HORRIBLE place to work with since the beginning. Can't recommend them less. I bet they won't be able to get my money back onto my *** account. I've had 3 *** accounts and never had this problem. I bet they got hacked.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starAfter having used numerous other vendors at previous jobs for FSA, HealthEquity is the worst when it comes to claims processing. Their portal and process is clunky, and they have repeatedly denied eligible claims despite sufficient documentation being submitted.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starHealth equity customer support is kind and professional and tries their hardest to fix problem that a broken system causes. I have tried multiple times to get an issue fixed with my account which involves them refusing to pay any claims remaining towards the remaining balance in my *** because they "have paid the maximum benefit" which would be ok if they didnt pay a claim partially only to later deny that claim and use the money from future claims to pay back the remainder in what they denied. This has left me with ******************************************************************************************************************* the account and but do not want to take into account that they took back 313 dollars of that which they paid. I am upset that a company that is supposed to help alleviate the stress of our high deductibles is using loopholes to hurt the consumer for their own benefitHealthEquity, Inc.

3 starsTheir business office doesn't log receipt of checks nor transfers of them. They returned a check for me to a local bank they had held for 75 days - didn't record receipt of it, and didn't record return of it. In their transmittal to the bank, they said it was being returned because I couldn't be reached. HealthEquity denied having said this, *even though that was the reason stated on their letter of transmittal.* Their customer services are good but their business office is dangerously sloppy and in desperate need of an audit review. A replacement check was issued, and they didn't log that one, either - at least not until I raised **** about it. An internal audit at the very least is called for. And as to apologies: I was lied to repeatedly and luckily had their own documents to verify it. And yet they still haven't posted the replacement check. They initially wanted me to wait an additional two months for processing - *for their error.* Remarkably sloppy. They need a professional review.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starI had a simple request - to unlock my account (flubbed password) so that I could enter time-sensitive data into their portal. They have a new company policy where NO ONE can help you unlock your account for "security reasons". They have a blanket policy that accounts will be locked for 5 hours! I spoke with a supervisor and asked to file a formal complaint, and was not contacted about filing this complaint. As if Health Equity wasn't difficult to get a hold of or log into on a regular basis they introduce a further means of blocking users from being able to use their product. Every time I deal with them my experience is terrible.HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starI have had my account locked for over a month, but the support hasn't been able to solve my problem. I have made mover 20 calls for help. The problem is still not resolved. I am not able to login to my mobile app or desktop browser. Their support is horrible!!!HealthEquity, Inc.

1 starIts abundantly clear that theyve neglected to invest in the user platform. Its extremely difficult to navigate, the time out and login issues have been pervasive, and password requirement is onerous. I couldnt think of a worse commuter/FSA/HSA platform to use.HealthEquity, Inc.
