    I purchased a la-z-boy recliner on 12/22/2023 with the promise from La z boy that it would be crafted and delivered within 6-8 weeks and put 50% down. It is now May 2 and La-z-boy still has not fulfilled my order, keeps pushing the date out for no reason, and is refusing to cancel the contract because I signed. In fact, they told me I should pay the remaining 50% so I can be “automatically scheduled.” If this was the case, why was there no information about this upfront or mentioned in the other times I’ve reached out?

    They are failing to meet their obligation and creation time and now refusing to cancel the order and hold me liable for their inability to fulfill their orders.
