      This company is a scam. They sent me a defective product and refused a return. Currently in litigation.

      We have communicated and answered every inquiry this customer had from start to finish.We were informed that the unit was malfunctioning. We offered an exchange and granted a pre-paid return shipping label. It was later determined that the customer did not receive the label. The customer contacted us and asked what was taking so long. After review, we were not aware the label was not received. We responded immediately by resending the pre-paid return label and offering to send out the exchange by ***** 2-day delivery when we saw the tracking active.We only exchange orders that are returned to our warehouse. The unit has not been returned to date. We are happy to continue with the exchange for this customer once we see tracking movement.

      Bought some ear buds, didnt like them so I sent them back. Im still being charged for them and customer service wont help because I lost the tracking info. They literally got a package from my home address and they cant prove its my return. Not cool. Will never recommend them ever to anyone.

      AXIL does not have a record of these units arriving in the warehouse. In the return process, sent to every customer, ********************** states clearly:*Keep your tracking information to ensure your order arrives to us.*Products not received in the warehouse will not be refunded.If the product does not arrive, we want the customer to have the option to file a lost package claim, which we help with. This is why we need the tracking. We requested that this customer provide the tracking, but he could not. So we recommended that he check back with the vendor to get that tracking so we could move forward with a refund. He never responded to us. We are willing to work to resolve this, but we need a tracking number.

      Don't Buy! Won't fit ears and cost money to return. Look at 1 star reviews. Company won't stand by their products and returns are at your expense.

      AXIL lists the return policy so our customers know the process upfront. The return policy can be found in three main places on our website: the ********************** and Terms and Policy. Additionally, AXIL works hard to accommodate fit. We send three sets of tips, each in three sizes. Plus, we give a full 30 days to ********.  We have acted in good faith with this customer.

      I'm leaving a 2 star review simply because they issued a full hassle free refund within a few days of receiving the product back of course I had to pay return shipping Their products do NOT work as advertised and I only used 1 of the 2 GS extreme 2.0 I bought once Mic has zero noise canceling so forget making phone calls even in a low noise environment because the person on the other end will be screaming at you if they don't just hang up Noise canceling is basically none existing
