      Someone open an care credit account under my dad's name this is fraud!!! We are going to court in order to fight a debt he did not create!! This is a fraud!!

      I am not liable for this debt. I have no contractual agreement with Credit Corp Solutions, **** Despite multiple requests, they have not provided me with the original contract. When I called the number from which they contacted me, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and abruptly ended the call.I have repeatedly asked for proof of the original contract to be emailed to me and have even provided an updated address to receive it by mail, yet I have not received any documentation. The timeframe mentioned by Credit Corp Solutions, **** does not align with my financial circumstances at the time, as I was employed in a minimum wage job and would not have sought a loan I could not repay.The representatives response, suggesting that my financial situation was precisely why I would seek such a loan, was both inappropriate and unfounded. Despite their threats of legal action, I have yet to receive any proof of the contract over several years.

      Terrible collection agency, just throws something on a credit report with several inaccuracies, then will not delete from my credit reports even after I prove them wrong. They don't care that they are incorrect, I'll keep fighting them.

      Horrible collection agency. After sending my information to an incorrect address for over a year, they put my account on my ********************** report once they finally call me and we set up an agreement. The problem with this being on my report (or problems, there are many), is it does not show the agreed payment, date of payments, etc. They also added interest that I did not agree to so the whole account is a mess. They refuse to offer any help, which makes me helpless, all I can do is fight to get this removed from my report.

      Credit Corp Solutions purchase loans that are late, they harass you with threatening letters, and summons from people who think they are Law Enforcement, wearing fake badges. They don't ring your doorbell but bang hard as h*** on your door, until you have a dent in your door. Stop the Harassment.

      Sent me an offer to help reduce my debt. I wasn't interested. Then called my phone 4 different times using robo-call spoof numbers even after I said I was not interested and also registered on the do not call list.

      The credit collection agency attempt to sent fraud letter to collect against a paypal account my mom did not open. Now is start a court case against her.

      This place cannot threaten to ***** your credit krama ....when a debt is 9 years old or more .. say they will mess your credit up ..until payed...threat to come to home. Everything we have had credit with has been 10 years or more and been taken off our credit record ...please tell us what to do if they put something on our credit krama if it's been 9 or more years. And been on credit krama and been removed do to being on 7 years. And say coming to home
