      In November of 2022, I found a listing for a **** **** F-250 from Westbridge Auto. I live in ****************, ****, so I had to go through this process remotely. The dealer did not inform me of any issues with the truck. I had my brother test-drive the truck; he found it had a slight shake. The dealer claimed they knew nothing about it and that it passed emissions. Thinking it was okay with the dealer saying nothing about it, I proceeded with purchasing the truck. After remotely signing papers for my bank and the dealership on 12/03/2022, I took a 6-hour shuttle to pick up the truck. Because of this long shuttle, I arrived close to closing to receive the truck. Immediately upon departure from the lot, the truck ran rough and shook severely. I took the truck to an auto parts store with the dealership now closed. Using an OBD II scanner, I found that there were already stored codes meaning they were there before, and the dealership cleared them. The codes stated the engine had two cylinders misfiring, and both banks ran lean. I purchased spark plugs and coils and waited till the following day. On 12/04/2022, I correctly installed new plugs and coils into the engine. With the need to return to work the next day, I decided to drive home. The truck ran rough all the way home. On 12/05/2022, I called a mechanic to look at the truck. The mechanic found that the two cylinders had little to no compression and concluded it was because of burnt valves. Multiple mechanics in southern **** told me I either had to fix the engine or replace it and that either option would be around $3,000, if not more. On the same day, I called my salesman to inform him of what had happened. He told me we would find out how he could help and told me he would call back. I never received that callback, so I tried calling him. After multiple failed phone calls, he texted me, telling me to be patient. I have been trying for almost two months to get a hold of them, and they refuse to answer or help.
