1 starMy wife and I received a gift of a vacation to ********** as a wedding present. After 3 attempts to get this vacation booked, we finally made it to our destination only to have the reservation cancelled. We were expected to participate in a presentation for a timeshare with Arcadia, which was the next day. After spending 45 minutes in hold, I was able to connect with ********* the agent. She told me that our rebook was with the booking agents and that I couldn't check in until that confirmation number was in my email. The confirmation never came. Also, in speaking with **** at *******, even if we went through the presentation, we would have been rejected in the timeshare and Vacationoffer would have charged us $500 for the hotel stay. Awful company to work with, and an awful experience all around. Vacationoffer didn't extend a hand in anything to help us in this experience.Review fromShaketia R

1 starSo I booked a vacation to Vegas and thought everything was fine as long as I went to the presentation. Once I arrived in *****, I found out that they auto canceled my reservation so I had to pay out-of-pocket for the evening because they assured me everything will be handled the next day and I will get my money back. The next day after hours of back-and-forth, they finally told me I had to go to another hotel, which meant I missed out on the money I spent on the first hotel. Even worse when I got to the second hotel, they had no clue who this company even was nor did they have any reservation under my name! so for the four days I was in ***** I was literally homeless! I still attempted to go to the presentation, but they told me that I could leave to handle the hotel situation as long as I rebooked before I left *****. However, since I never got the hotel, I never went back to the presentation. I find out today that they charged me $100 for not going to a presentation that I only agreed to go to to cover the hotel stay. Why would I still go to a presentation if I never got my hotel room and you left me homeless for four days! The cherry on the top is their customer service representatives which apparently there are only a few because every time Ive called Ive spoken to this one lady who is the rudest and most heartless human being Ive ever come across! Her attitude is nasty, and even when I was in tears explaining that I was homeless and had nowhere to go no money, she just hung up on me because she didnt wanna hear it anymore. Do not, and I repeat do not work with this company! Not only did I lose out on the money I spent purchasing the vacation packages originally, but then they found it acceptable to go into my account and take money that I did not owe them!! And even when I called to explain that I was homeless in *****, I never got my hotel room. This lady proceeded to tell me that I still owe them!Review fromRigene W

1 starDO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT REFUND YOU BACK THE PROMISED AMOUNT AFTER YOU ATTEND THE PRESENTATION. I attended a vacation club presentation on June 16, 2025 in ********* and was told prior to and after the presentation that I would be receiving back the $99 deposit paid for offer back on my credit after completing tour. As of today its almost 2 months later and I still havent gotten my money refunded. Ive called the company 3x and each time one of their **** tell me that Im scheduled to get the refund but to their systems being down they cant refund my money at this time. VacationOffer.com are hustlers and scammers! They make you promises to get you to sign up and pay then threaten you with additional fees of $500 if you dont show up to the presentation only to steal $99 from you that was supposed to be refunded after you held up your end of the deal.Review fromNicholas p

1 starThis is a **** organization. I paid $3999, and I was promised 6 different trips. Every time I tried to book a cruise, they did not have availability. I requested the weekend for two and a Carnival cruise, neither was granted. It has been over. For a year, I have received nothing from VO Travel. Despite my many complaints, I got nowhere. They sell you a package, but you need to contact another company to book, and all you do is get the run-around from the company. Now they want me to pay an additional renewal fee. When I responded that I haven't received anything, why should I pay a renewal fee? I was told I am no longer eligible to receive an award. These people are frauds from the beginning of the transaction to the end. I will also file with BBB so that the more complaints they receive, the better, especially for other folks who they will scam. I am out $3999. plus $99 I paid to book a cruise that was not granted. Please do not do business with these people. Should anyone want to file a joint suit or add me to their suit, you can contact me at *****************Review fromAngela B

1 starI was contacted by VacationOffer.com to purchase a vacation package, however i was reluctant but decided to make the purchase on March 18, 2025 only after I was told that if I decided to cancel that I would have 14 days to contact customer care and request a refund. I contact them on March 26, received an email confirmation referencing Ticket #******, which indicated the refund was being processed. I was told to call back on April 7th or 8th if my credit card account had not been credited. I made several calls since March 26 up to current date May 14, 2025 with no success of the funds being refunded. Each time I called I was told a different scenario, "system error with processing", so they will send over to request for manual processing, or the system was down, etc. Not sure why they continue to lie about issuing the refund if they had no intention of doing so. this places a strong mis-trust of services like this. I will never make this mistake again. I just want my $334.00 back. My online research listed the director or CEO of VacationOffer.com as ***** Allen and the Director of Operations is ****** ********. I sent a separate email to Ms. ******** and never received a response. Do not make any purchases from this company.Review fromBenny H

1 starThis is a fraud company. They advertise a cheap price for booking hotels, then ask you pay for it right away. They sent you a email later and said you need to do one more step before they book your room. The last step requires you agree to pay amount of money, and go to presentation. Otherwise you need to pay more than $500 more to get your booking. I refused to continue. I asked a refund after 10 minutes booking. They refused to refund my money back. This company scammed my money and has not booked my hotel. Actually they didnt do any service for me, but keeping my money. This is absolutely scamming company.Review fromVijay P

1 starI purchased a VO pkg on Oct 23. I followed the rules for cancellation, which was within the 13 days. I received an email from VO stating, no further action was needed because my refund is being processed. Then they call you to make more offers in hope of keeping your money. No matter how many times I call or they email as of today they still have not refunded my money. It is now Nov. 22 and they have not honored their refund policy. Kindness and honesty does not work with VO. They are NOT a trustworthy company. I was told by ******* that we were the grand prize winner of this "OFFER" only to find out that our son, who attended the same expo, was told he was the grand prize winner of the same offer but it cost him $100 more. Terrible people. DO NOT PURCHASE!Review fromVenassa S

1 starA complete Scam. I have now paid $199 and $204 to the hotel. And their fraudulent ad, said they are the cheapest in ********************** ad says Dont overpay for a Hotel in *********. Save your $$$ and book with ** It says $99. It says nothing about any sales presentation for three hours. Following the booking, I received 12 emails that I need to attend a sales presentation offsite . I was traveling with an elderly person and could not leave them for that long . I chatted them, and they said the fine print had transportation to and from the presentation. I looked at the fine print. It said you get a $50 **** gift card, you get travel to and from the presentation. IT did not specify what type of presentation and certainly not a sales presentation for three hours. They told me I need to call a number. I called the number. I told them I need a refund from a purchase that was made 6 hours earlier. The lady who answered said she could exchange that deal for a deal with no gift certificate and no sales presentation and the room rate would be $100 instead of $99.Not once did she say the charge will now be $199 total but instead, the rate is now $100. the invoice. It is only natural that any company that wants to charge extra would do something like Total Charge $199 Credit ( paid) $99 Remaining $100.This would have been clear and I would have refused it. They did not do that and instead sent a deal for $100 that I Signed. They do not have a single document showing the amount $199 charged to be charged the room. I arrived at the hotel and I had to pay an additional resort fee. Nest day, I see that VacationOffer charged me the additional $100 to the $99. I called them and they said they tried to cancel but the hotel would not let them. I told them my conversation was with them not the hotel. I have now paid $199 and $204 to the hotel. And their fraudulent ad, said they are the cheapest in *********.
