      I am filing a complaint against company DentalQore located in in **** for consumer protection. False Advertisement, Business promotion and coaching scams, subscription scam, and hostility towards consumer rights. On 04/06/2022, DentalQore initiated a contract with ********************* for an online advertising subscription under BrightSmilePasadena.com. Our company is not BrightSmilePasadena, we are JK Family Dental. On 05/10/2022, 07/09/2022, 8/15/2022, 10/22/2022 it was clearly stated our intent to cancel contract. They had denied our request. In addition, It was stated that 1) this subscription can be canceled 2) we would not be charged if no progress / conversion to ROI in the email with the contractor. We have contacted the contractor numerous times, yet contractor has been out of reach since delivery of contract. DentalQore claims to be a business promotion company that provides active website management, social media and ****** advertising. One of the products they offered included a website which was non functional until July. SEO (search engine optimization) along with ************ advertisement were part of the contract were never delivered. We had emailed the company to provide us with list of SEO to ensure things were running properly, yet this request was ignored. After terminating service with the company, we had immediately saw clear results that implied no work had been done during course of time from the company after initial creation of the website. DentalQore has brought average interaction of 263 people and 0 conversions, immediately after termination, interaction was **** which is over 40 times more after termination. DentalQore was actually causing loss for the company. We have patiently waited for DentalQore to carry out its part of the contract for months, yet no results were delivered and our business lost a lot of money as well as the monthly payments $699/mon. DentalQore is charging early termination would result in us 80% of annual subscription fee $5,112.4 as a buy-out which was also not stated in the contract and against our will and for services that were not provided. In addition, terms and agreements of this company is online and can be changed at the convenience of the company. At this time, We had asked DentalQore to remove all our information from the web as it interferes with our current website and DentalQore had sent us a document stating that we owe $5,112.4 buyout. I had made my intent clear that we are not interested in the buyout already.We need BBB to take note of this hostile and scam-like business model DentalQore is putting consumers to. For our business, we ask you to help us get out of unreasonable scam and to hopefully protect other consumers and new businesses like us in the future.

      Looking through our records, it does look like Bright Smile ******** was the name on the lead that we bought, but ********************* let us know that the practice was now JK Family Dental, so we updated the records on our account to match.

      It looks like we did receive requests to cancel a few times throughout the year, but it appears that on a few occasions, we were able to come to an agreement/plan for moving forward. However, per our agreement and Terms of Service, once the consultations are completed, we are committed to the 12 months. It also sounds like you are referring to our two guarantees (WEBSITE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE and the *** PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE).

      WEBSITE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: Subject to the Terms of Service, we will continue to work on your website until you are 100% satisfied with the finished design and functionality.

      *** PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: You have chosen our Elite Package, which means you will receive our internet marketing services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we will continue working on your marketing for free after the 12-month agreement is completed, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

      Here at DentalQore, once we bring on a new client, we want to hand that person over to our Client Success Team to ensure that the client is onboarded and brought up to speed on what we are doing and working with the proper departments that can fulfill the promises from our Sales Team. Unfortunately, sometimes this means our Sales reps are not receiving the messages from current clients because we filter that communication to the correct department.

      Regarding your *** results and efforts, our team at DentalQore wants to assure you that we invest every effort we can into trying to get all our clients ranking as well as they possibly can. We understand that if we can get our clients the best results, they wont want to go anywhere else. However, if we fell short of that with your practice, I would love for our team to take a look and see what else we can do to increase your ranking. In regards to your new website, it would be helpful to see where those results are coming from given that, using the ****** tools at our disposal, the website we created is ranking higher for every top keyword that we searched for. To see that type of increase organically with a brand-new domain and no keyword-rich content is extremely unusual.

      Our contract that was signed is a 12-month agreement. Roughly 80% of the agreement is fulfilled within the first three months during the production process of building the site. Since the site was completed, that is how the buy-out of the contract was determined. It is not in our Terms of Service as the contract states how many payments are due, as well as the monthly cost. We can discuss the buy-out to come to a more agreeable settlement to absolve the agreement signed on 04/06/2022.

      Therefore, we would ask that you permit us to speak with you, so we can work to resolve your concerns and find solutions that will be satisfactory to you and your team.
