      I ordered 1 unit of nerve balm for 59 dollars on n my card .their add said they maintan 10000 units on hand at all time and to ecpext shipement in 4 to seven days and it's been 4 weeks and growing. When emailed they said they were having supply problems. But after reading all the complaints and coments on the coment sections of their add I decided to cancel my order and ask for my money back. Sense than if have received no response and their is no answer on the phone number they offered

We do try to keep over 1,000 in stock at all times, but recently we've seen an unexpected increase in sales volume as customers continue to purchase Nerve Balm - it has become a national best seller. As a small handmade manufacturer in the USA, we are doing our very best to keep up with demand and we are expanding rapidly.

      I recently ordered Lune pain relief cream (Lune **** ********* ****. Mount Pleasant Utah 84647).
      They assert that I signed up for a monthly renewal of the cream, I did not. I have emailed and called them with no assurance that I will not be continually charged and my credit card deleted. I believe this is a scam to squeeze money from the unsuspecting. I could use some help.

      I ordered a nerve care balm from them last month and did not enroll in subscription service but they enrolled me in one any way. I got the notification for the 2nd order being shipped and immediately responded to the email as they said in the email I could do and no response, sent 2nd email the next day no response, sent email to their "support" email and no response. went to their site and tried to recover my subscription but no response, followed their online steps to cancel my subscription but unclear how that worked. their product doesn't work other than being a lotion and I never do subscriptions. I want my money back and want to make sure they don't send me anything else
