    On Friday June 16, 2023 I wanted to order a product online and went to seabiotix.com to place an order. While there I decided it was too expensive and got out of the web site. I then received an "text offer" to try the product for $4.95 US and I decided to do that. I went back into the site to place the order and several pop up screens came in for other products, which I did not want and tried to get to checkout screen only Finally I did and checked out. I then get a confirmation of my $4.95 order plus another order for a product that I did not order, but was obviously one of the pop up products, and a new total now of $59.72 US. I checked my Visa and sure enough I have 2 transactions going through my US Visa from "Viper quality superstore", not even the same company, as foreign currency $55.43 and $5.74. I immediately sent replied to the email saying this was not authorized and to cancel the order and refund my Visa immediately. In total I sent 3 emails to their customer service dept. On Sunday June 18, I got a call from Tricia, employee # ****, their "customer service" representative to tell me that I could not cancel my order because it was shipped. She refused to acknowledge I had emailed on the same day as the order to cancel the order, as well as I tried by phone, but was kept on hold for over 30 minutes and gave up. She said she could not refund my visa or do anything further for me. The phone number showing on my phone was ************ Mansfield, OH USA. She refused to have a manger call me, she refused to give me the company address. I will now pursue a refund through my Visa company, and will file a separate report to the Canadian BBB.
