"I had a fence installed by Buzz in 2020 & at the time I was satisfied however now I have an issue by one of my gates. So since it is out of warranty I called somone closer & the contracter came out & showed me that the board used when installed were about 4 inches short of making it to the post so instead of using one full length board they just screwed a 4 inch piece of wood to complete & there are 3 brackets that they did this to on the same gate." ...
