            I called Modica Bros. on the morning of 09/27/2021 and informed them of a problem I was having with my 2013 Ford escape. **** an employee that works there told me to bring it after. After they gave me a diagnosis on my vehicle and how much it would cost to fix the problem, I asked how much did I owe them for the diagnosis, **** said I owed them nothing. So I returned to pick up my vehicle. I asked how much would it cost to have the problem fix which I explained that the car was making a noise as if rolling on rumbling strips that sometimes be placed on the road. He guaranteed and said with two new tires placed on the back, an alignment and replacing the inner and outer arm bushen my car would no longer make the rumbling noise. So I gave them permission to fix my car. I purchased 2 new tires that cost me 244.00 and they charged me 974.24 for the work they claim the did. Later I picked up my vehicle. Still had the same exact noise and now a popping noise added. Rip off!
