            I ordered parts for my *** from OEMBimmerparts on 12/19/2022 and ended up not using the parts due to having the car repaired at the *** dealer instead. I never opened the box and requested a refund via the website. I followed the instructions on the website to process the return. According to the website once you send your email request the company would send you an emailed response with an *** number. My first request was sent on 01/03/2023 and I have yet to receive an email with an *** number. My second request was sent 01/12/2023 and I have still not received an email with an *** number. Their policy states that you have 45 days to return your item and I feel as if they are running the clock on my 45 days so they don't have to refund my money. Update: they have sent the form, finally, with no *** number on the form or on the email. According to the form the *** number is required.

            I have placed many orders with this company for over 15 years. Every time was a very positive experience. I'm surprised to see negative reviews here. Check the *** forums for more positive testimonials. I remember seeing many praises for it on the bimmerfest website and my experience affirms the company is quite reputable. With any transaction things can go wrong, though I have always had my expectations exceeded with always accurate order processing and shipping quicker than promised.
