  Hello, Placed a deposit on a Foretravel Realm on Monday Aug. 12 and made travel arrangements to visit and inspect the unit. On Wed. Aug. 14th I was contacted by my sales guy who informs me the coach is sold even though I had a deposit in place to reserve the coach. The response was sorry about your bad luck but we sold the unit. So now I am out 2400 dollars for airline tickets, hotel, and rental car due. Hopefully I will get my deposit returned but what's the point in putting money down to reserve a camper and then them selling it out from under you. No offer to refund my travel expenses. No sales integrity at all..Shake my head

  This customer was only willing to place a deposit of $1000.00 on a $500,000.00 motorhome.  We normally would take a minimum of $10,000.00 and schedule an appointment for a showing within 2 days.  The customer committed to travel in to view the motorhome on August 14th, but didn't meet his commitment nor did he contact the dealership to advise us that his schedule had changed.  We had another customer that came to the dealership and expressed an interest in buying the same vehicle.  So, we sold it to them.  A simple phone call from this customer to let us know his travel plans had changed would have protected his opportunity to buy this motorhome.

  Pros: They make fair deals on used units, have very friendly personable sales people that are knowledgeable on their inventory, honor other comparable prices with dealerships in the local area, and support first responders and veterans. Their technicians are absolutely amazing. They will answer all questions you have during the walk through. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and do not rush through the process at all. They went above and beyond any walk through I have ever experienced. The technician made sure everything was operational besides known ticket items, showed us how everything worked, helped us hook up, went over every small feature. If you are new to rving ******** is the person to get. Cons: Closing is rushed and inaccurate. If paperwork is incorrect don't get an amendment, have it redone because it has caused us nothing but issues. Once you buy and leave the lot with the unit getting them to help you in any way or make good on anything they promised does not exist. This company fails at follow through and ensure that after the customer leaves, the open ticket items get closed. They will not respond back, they pass you around to other people when you do get ahold of someone or blame other entities for the issues. Do not expect a cleaned unit, ours was not cleaned, that *** be a con for some, we found it distasteful but we planned on cleaning it anyways so it wasn't a show stopper. If you buy from this company do not accept the product or close until all the paperwork is properly in order and every open/ticket item is fixed/closed to your satisfaction. I would give the experience of shopping and the walk through a 5 Star and then give the closing and customer service for getting open items closed a 1 Star. This is why I averaged it to 3, this company has a lot of great things about them but fail hard fixing stuff they promised, returning any calls, and making sure paperwork is accurate so you don't have issues with billing and tags.

  Terrible place to buy an **. I traded in a ** for one we thought was going to be a great upgrade for my family. We researched the ** and this seemed to be a great match for us. We paid a relative price but the headaches along the way and the costs have been awful. We purchased our own warranty, because the one they offered was garbage. I've already used the warranty to have issues fixed that would not have been covered under theirs. I had to replace the starter, which ended up costing a lot of money, and then found out the leveling system needs serious maintenance/repair/replacement. I've had the ** for about 45 days and it's been insane. If you are thinking about buying from this dealer, have the ** inspected elsewhere before hand. I've already sunk thousands into mine and there's more to fix. I cared a lot about the ** we traded in, and now we worry about whether it's getting taken care of. That tells you everything you need to know. Find a better ** dealer, even if the ** seems to be a better option than elsewhere. It's hard to say that knowing my old ** is there, but that's how bad this has been for us.
