Best decision I’ve made. I came back after 2 years of waiting and the new team and management are exceptional!

The home was built so badly that everything is falling apart. So many people have come out to do work on it, but it has only gotten worse. My parents were told by the salesperson (who conveniently no longer works there) that there was a 10 year warranty, which we learned was a total lie. The only reason my parents bought from Titan and not Clayton was for this 10 year warranty. They also bought an additional 2-10 warranty from Titan which no one really seems to know anything about. The air conditioner was hobbled together from two different units (I know this because I called the manufacturer) and the filters have no way to be installed so they have duct tape holding them on which isn't working. There is a giant bump in the floor that was done by the first re-leveling crew and they somehow bent the steel I-beam that supports the home (the bump wasn't there when the home was first delivered and set down) and no one will come fix it - the manufacturer sent a couple of contractors to fix it after we called a State Inspector but that contractor only made it worse. All of the door trim is coming off of the door frames. Windows and countertops are separating from the walls. Walls and cabinets were built crooked. The crew that delivered the home and readied the area built absolutely no pad, so the home is beginning to fall and sink. In the first week the home was being lived in, it was noticed that rain was pouring through the back door. The contractor they sent said that the factory forgot to seal the outside trim with silicone, so this was happening to the home long before it was delivered - how much water damage has been done to this house? The outside light by the front door was put up with HOT GLUE!!! The underbelly of the home has so many rips and tears in it. When the home was first placed and they were supposed to do a "Red Carpet" walkthrough, they did nothing of the sort. The GM who drives the Mercedes is the most arrogant person I have ever met.
